Gahhhhh I absolutely love Selene aka Bleu she is my total spirit animal she is one that pops off at the mouth and gives zero Fs who she is talking to and that I can totally relate to! She has lost and been through so much but seriously it has made her independent strong feisty and stunning!!! Bleu seriously just wants a family she wants to feel wanted and needed and not feel like she’s trash. Then she gets thrown into crazy situation and meets Alpha Asher complete sexy beast of a man and there is a connection between them that isn’t really understood just yet but dang are these two fire! Watching these two grow over the course of the book was by far my favorite part. That and Bleu’s BFFs Kenzo and Cinder god I love them soooooo much ultimate BFF goals. There is so many great side characters and mystery involved has to what is going on and there is an evil lurking!! If I could give this more than 5 stars I absolutely would!!! I can’t wait for the next book and wish I already had it in my greedy hands!!!

I liked so many things about this book! Selene is a bad-a heroine with some intense emotional trauma to work through and Asher is 🔥🔥. The cast of side characters are great and the world building is really well done. There's A LOT to explain about this world and it's handled really well. In a work where so many books cap out at 200 pages it's a breath of fresh air that this one wasn't chopped into smaller pieces. I will definitely be reading the next one! The only downsides to this book are it's definitely a slow burn(crossing my fingers for book 2!) and also sometimes the character descriptions waxed a bit too poetic and got a little repetitive(I get it... She has a "peachy" butt). Overall, super enjoyable and definitely not a quick read which I really appreciated!!

The first third of this book was so good. I was really enjoyed reading it and didn’t want to put it down. Then, things got weird and annoying. The heroine goes from being this tough quiet girl to a Chatty Cathy. A whole page long of dialogue in her head with her wolves, or dialogue between other characters. The author tried way to hard to be witty or write tounge in cheek humor but it just came off as annoying. So annoying, I would skip pages just so I wouldn’t get confused with all the bs monologues in her head. Such a disappointing end to a book with a lot of promise. Close to the end, I was hoping the heroine just got offed so she’d shut up. Any time she fought, all she did was faint anyways and have to be carried to bed 🤦🏼‍♀️. What an epic waste of time reading this was.

This was so insanely good! We’re pulled into Selene’s story from the first page and you immediately just NEED to know what has happened to her in her past. We get bits along the way but more and more is revealed until the end of book one when we get huge chunks of her past! But they’re doozy’s but holy crap I was excited to see how Selene would handle everything. Needless to say? Like a friggin champ!I adored the characters, they were diverse, funny, and highly entertaining!The storyline was amaze balls and I could NOT stop reading. Especially where Selene and Asher were concerned *fans self* whew.I highly recommend this book. I cannot wait to pick up book 2, the wait will be tough!

Never have I wanted more for the follow up book to be out right now!!!!! My mind is STILL spinning, heart racing, and I'm seriously thinking of going right back to page one for a complete re-read!! My word, does this first book under her pen name Avery Stone deliver!!!! I've ADORED each and every book by Avery 'Song', so was thrilled to read this new book/world under her other name... and it didN O T disappoint!What a rich, exciting world she's created. Filled with absolutely delicious characters! So much witty banter, adventure, mysteries, prophecy, surprise friends of worth, tragedy and heartbreak, and a few revelations along the way will keep the reader entranced. Such a fiery, unique, amazingly loyal main female character in Bleu will have you cheering every step of the way. The introduction to this world/characters will wet your appetite for sure, but be warned it will also leaving you desperately screaming for more!!! This reader gets the gyst this is just the tip of the iceberg for Bleu and those she holds dear!! I cannot wait to see what happens next!! If I could've given more than five stars I would have!! Get ready for a howling good time!!!!

I absolutely love Selene. Shes fiesty, smart mouthed and funny. She made ne laugh with nearly everything she was saying. Her obsession with Bluey is hilarious. Her instatnt connection to the Fae Wolf is so cute.Selene was rejected before her so called mate could know her then her Guardian had an accident and she was thrown into the 'pit' to die. But, one Alpha has other ideas.Slowly falling for her new Alpha Selene soon discovers that not eveything is as they seem. The tension between Selene and Alpha had me shouting and groaning at my phone nearly all the time lol.I can not wait until the second book releases.

I went into this book with high hopes, I’m a huge fan of Avery so this book being wolf shifters and written by Avery? Well she had me sold from the moment she shared the cover.Bleu is feisty and epic and comical and lovable and sarcastic and so much more.Naturally her favourite colour is Blue, if yours isn’t then I mean what’s wrong with you? Blue is the ultimate colour.The book had me hooked from chapter 1 and I adored everything about it, I want...no need book 2 in my life...Avery, that ones for you👀Anywho read this book, love this book, hug the book? I loved this book! The main character is a tough, feisty heroine who, although broken and a little crazy, can handle any situation thrown her way. I love how despite everything she's been through she isn't afraid, or think it's weak, to open up and ask for help when she needs it. She accepts her flaws and weaknesses, she's cocky yet compassionate and she owns up to her mistakes.I think this is an amazing start to a new series, the book is longer than a lot of books in this genre but doesn't drag or get boring. It's well balanced with it's humor, information and action so you never feel like you're being rushed through parts of the story or feel like you need to skip through because of information overload.I've already pre-ordered book 2 and I can't wait to see how much Selene grows in the next instalment, and to see how her relationships with Asher and her new friends evolve.

This is has got to be my best read of the year so far. This book has so many twists and turns you just don't know where its going to leave you. I have a feeling its going to be an epic love story that I will want to read and re-read again and again. You will laugh and cry all at the same time, and not be able to put it down once you start. I cant wait for the next one so I can see which dark tunnel it takes me down.

Blue starts off strong and finishes stronger. Along the way she meets and loses friends and mates and finds herself. Her sassy comments are hilarious and sometimes I wonder about her sanity but this was a fun, action packed read and looking forward to book two.
