Did not work for me as I thought........ I tried another brand also and its not having any effect on my inflammation around my hands or finger joints.

Reduction in joint pain..
These capsules are fairly easy to swallow and it seems that my joints hurt less when I take it. I like that you get a 2 month supply. For one month, it would be a little too much for me to spend, but with that price divided over 2 months, it is more affordable. In all honesty, I've been taking 1 capsule, 1x a day right before bed and is seems to be pretty effective, so it will last me even longer than 2 months if I keep using it like I am. I might increase it to 2x a day and see what happens b/c I suffer from multiple health conditions. I don't ever expect to get rid of all of my pain, but a reduction in symptoms is ALWAYS good!

Easy to swallow, great health benefits
I am using this as a natural alternative for chronic pain relief. I take one or two capsules daily and find it to be as effective as ibuprofen without the stomach irritation. The package was sealed and the capsules are easy to swallow. It arrived quickly and just as promised. I expect to continue to use this to lesson my pain and for the other health benefits (do an internet search to see some of these). All I can say is I feel better and feelings are a bit subjective but I will continue to use it.
