I bought this phone case July 29, it arrived to me shortly there after. It works fantastic for about 3 1/2 weeks and then it crapped out like every other battery case I have bought. I thought this one was going to be different but when something only lasts less than a month, there is a severe problem. The case was never dropped, never had any kind of endangerment. I work for a limousine service and I needed to extend the battery and I thought this was the answer. 3 1/2 weeks and it stops charging the phone I should say, you get the incompatibility message on the screen of your iPhone, yeah I have a real big issue. I would expect Amazon to sell/endorse a better product, but perhaps I'm wrong.~Charlie M.

This phone case has a nice texture and keeps my phone charged hours after it would normally run out.

As for the Battery it works great. As a case not so much. I doubt the case or the phone will take a fall. The top cap easily comes off pulling from your pocket. Almost nothing keeps it on. Don't drop your phone with this case. Almost 100% sure the case or phone will shatter.

Nice, lots of power

I like the case a lot but the I turned on the charging feature to charge phone and after 5 minutes of charging the bottom back area of the case (USB port area) got really hot. Is that normal?? I'm really concerned about the case heating up quickly when charging my phone.

This case is terrible I have Had it for a month and it doesn't charge my phone at all. It drains my battery instead of charging. I definitely would not get this item again! If I could give it zero stars I would

As advertised

Works well but the top piece keeps falling off and I have actually lost it somewhere. Find a way to glue it or tape it on or it will come off.....
