Lovely finish and Colours
Would definitely buy a Pastime Puzzle again based upon this one. The finish on the picture side is almost 'plastic' in feel - very nice to work with. Pieces were thick and well cut. The only downside was a lot of the pieces do not ''inter-lock" so they can move around while you are trying to match up pieces - but I felt this slight annoyance was overcome by the overall quality of the puzzle.

Two problems
This is a very pretty puzzle but two things bugged me. One there are no giraffes in the rainforest. Two, 3 or 4 pieces were missing. The crazy odd shaped pieces were a bit hard to get use to but once you did it was sort of fun. Happy to go back to good interlocking pieces.

Crazy pieces!
This was a challenging puzzle to put together because very few of the pieces are traditionally shaped and most don't interlock. The pieces are all kinds of crazy shapes from tiny to large. But in the end it didn't take any longer to put together than a puzzle with more traditional shapes, and it's really pretty.

Fun and Challenging
This was a great puzzle to work on. The 'whimsy' pieces added a different level of intrigue due to the odd shapes of the pieces around them. The many different colors made portions of the puzzle very tricky. We had a great time putting this together over a few evenings, and it looks fantastic. Well worth the time.

But also fun and very pretty
I'm not a puzzle expert. This one - for me - was challenging. But also fun and very pretty. I recommend doing it on a white surface.

Took me awhile
It was difficult because it had so many irregular pieces. Took me awhile to do it. It was made well.
