Ergonomically very bad
I ordered this for my planter fasciitis, i was waiting for this but when i got it n wear it it was very uncomfortable... The size (ht) is 3 com and which was not silicon filled or gel type that is pure rubber. I put my step on floor after wear it my ankle got twisted a bit and heel pain become worst.So i dont recommend this to any one
