I'm not too sure if I'll derive any benefits from these capsules. There is very little information to go on except some advice to take 2 to 4 tablets ( they are capsules - not tablets } per day and then further advice stating that we ought not to exceed the stated dose - what 'stated' dose ? - when we only have varied advice on that dosage to go on. There is information that each capsule is 500 mg but what constituent proportion of that actually is pomegranate ?. I would have preferred to consume real pomegranates that just suggest 'eat as much of me as you'd like', but they aren't so easy to to come by where I live, and these are capsules that come with stipulations and warnings and that make me wary of the verity involved. I'm really not convinced that I've bought the correct form of pomegranate to assist me in my quest to maintain a healthier existence.Eamonn

I ordered these tablets for my uncle, he is quite happy with the product and has had less visits to the loo in the night, it's early days yet so maybe he will get better results in time.
