GOLDENRIVER LMP-H202 Projector Lamp Replacement. Projector Lamp Assembly with Genuine Original Bulb Inside.

Works great in my Sony projector. Knocking one star off because the way the product is titled and marketed it could mislead the buyer into thinking they are getting the actual Sony part and not a compatible replacement.Be aware that it is not the same lamp that comes with the official Sony part, the arc length is different but it works just fine.

Perfect. The bulb in my Sony VPLHW30ES blew, so I checked Sony's site and saw the over $300 cost per replacement and their authorized dealers were running near that, so I decided to give this a shot. Very happy with the results. A few questions or issues I've seen in other reviews that might help for me to address:- Package says manufacturer is "Platinum Lamps" but the bulb is the identical Philips bulb. I assume they molded their own casing, but it looks exactly the same, including the methods of wiring.- The bulb installs well. The rear screw is a bit difficult to thread, so I recommend you start with that one and then do the front two.- The brightness is wonderful, can't believe I've been watching such a dim picture until now.- Does not include a replacement filter. The filter you have is washable with water, so no need. Make sure to clean both front and rear louvers to ensure long lamp life and prevent overheating (mine were pretty full of dust).- After installing, I pulled up the settings menu and reset the lamp timer, saying yes to indicate I'd put in a new lamp.- I also pulled up the test pattern and readjusted focus, picture size, tilt and hor/vert offsets. Color needed no adjustment at all.Super happy with it. Had it running over a week now, no problems at all.

This lamp started to flicker after only 900 hours, anytime the screen is white. The quality is *not* as good as an original bulb. The last bulb I had was Sony original and lasted 2000+ hours before any sign of weakness.

Product is not original, but very good

I used this LAMP to replace the Lamp that came with my SONY VPL-HW50ES projector and the installation was a cool breeze. The LAMP is still under the burn-in process. I will submit the detailed review after burning this lamp for 15 to 25 hours in high settings

Ordered an LMP-H202 Sony Projector Lamp December 24th, 2017. It's already failing a mere two months later. Normally my bulbs last an entire year which leads me to suspect that this was previously used, or otherwise defective.

Works better than original. easy to install and super bright. Will order again.

Lamp was of better quality ,original parts makes a difference!! Great buy !! So far so good !
