Nice fan
Design and looks of the fan is quite good. Air delivery is also good. Only one downside I can see is there is a slight delay between switch on and fan's movement. Overall a good purchase.

Decent BLDC fan
Writing this review after a week of usage. Fan is good in terms of air delivery. Ideal for rooms within 100 sqft. Speed could have been better. Fan wobbling is noticed high. Please remember that you need to buy/change existing with a 5 speed regulator for this fan. Speed 2 and 3 gives good air throw when compared to normal fan. Fan doesn't make any noise at all and retains same speed when run on inverters as well..

Useless Fans
I bought 6 of them for my house. It was a very bad decision. The fan jerks and barely is able to start moving when regulator is set to 1. Then there is a weird noise when starting. I can also observe that fan speed sometimes slows down on its own while running. And lastly it looks like punny toy fan with no aesthetics. Even the cup fitting is weird as you can see wires in it. So much for the hype of this brand. Totally dissapointed.

BLDC Fans - To be or not to be?
Perhaps they offer energy savings, perhaps they don't. BLDC motors definitely last longer and offer energy savings but one needs to expertly benchmark these brands and models for comparison. This one definitely makes slightly more noise than usual. The model I chose was without a remote as I have enough remotes to deal with already and if you happen to misplace the remote then it better not be the peak of summer. The fan does not start from stop if it happens to be on speed 1. You have to bump it up to 2 or 3 to make it start and I don't think it can be blamed on the ceiling hook and fan joint as that stays the same for all brands of fan. I think this fan is underpowered on speed 1 to generate enough starting torque. The upside is it could consume a few watts less when left to run on speed 1 but potentially cause embarrassment with guests trying to get it started. -1 for the excessive noise and -1 more for the start up drama.

Product is really good but unfortunately all four remotes are missing from the original box

A well designed premium looking Fan
I must say I was skeptical at first buying a fan from Atomberg, a not so renowned fan manufacturer here in India. But, they are the pioneers in manufacturing BLDC fans. I bought a Renesa Alpha fan which is compatible with regulator to avoid hassle of managing remotes. I must say the fans look super cool, well built and easy to install with all the necessary nuts and bolts present in the box.Pros:1. Fan looks elegant with modern design2. Provides good air coverage, good enough for a 120 sq. ft. room3. Compatible with RegulatorCons:1. A bit slow to start, takes a few seconds to pick up speed, Although should not be an issue for most of us2. Do not work well with regulator at lowest speed3. Speed at lower level is a bit on a higher side4. No dust resistant coatingJust purchased it, so can't comment on the electricity savings. If you can ignore the cons which in my sense one could, this is the BLDC fan to go for if you are looking for a 1 with regulator compatibility. Did the installation myself, took me 30 mins to install it. IKEA Effect 😀
