How many roles would I need to cover a six meter balcony please

Hi Without knowing the specific details of your project I would start with the width x the length of the area for example If the balcony is 2m wide by 6m in length then to cover that area you would need 2 x 6 = 12 meters Then you have to work out the width and length of the role for example Width is say 80cm by 6meters then you know it’s 3 roles to cover width 3x 8 = 2.4 meters with 60cm x6meter spare or you could look on line for bird netting put in measurements they make to size and works out cheaper I hope this helps Regards Tom

Is this mesh fairly rigid rather than "floppy"?

Yes fairly rigid, used it for a fence and works very well between wooden posts.

what size staples would you recommend to use with this product, 15 or 20MM?

15 mm should be fine , I made a chicken surround fixed to timber to keep them in and foxes out , so far so good !
