Moorefield Danforth Series Cotton Box, Oil Rubbed Bronze

I'm pretty mechanically capable. As you can tell from a couple of the other reviews, there are some problems to expect assembling this rack. My rack arrived and the packaging looked like it had been previously opened and multiple pieces were scratched. One of the small hex screws (2.5 mm dia by approx. 4 mm) was loose in the packaging. Not easy to find! LOL. Once found, I understood why. These four hex screws go into the upper frames to tighten the cross bars and, theoretically, hold them in place. This loose one wouldn't go into the only vacant hole. My guess is that the guy in China just gave up and tossed it into the packaging figuring no one would ever check. Well, I tried putting it in and it was pretty sticky and it ultimately got stuck; can't remove it, can't tighten it. Nice. And, one of the reviewers said they couldn't get one of the lower cross bars installed. It's not that the screw is too short, at least in my case. It's that one of the frames' two holes for holding cross bars were drilled a little snug. I took some coarse sandpaper and took off the "bronze" paint on the end of the bars and also sanded inside the holes. Added a dash of WD 40 and presto, it finally fit. Fully assembled, the unit doesn't sit level because the two feet are not identical in their curvatures. No way to fix that, so I put the unit on top of a bath mat. In short, a little mechanical skill and Yankee ingenuity got the rack together. I did a lot of shopping trying to find an oiled bronze towel rack and had no luck other than one that cost $100 delivered. I'm going to buy another one of these for my other bathroom. Wish there was an alternative, but I can't find one. In sum, not bad and it holds towels ok, reasonably sturdy. Just gotta be ready to deal with the worst of Chinese workmanship.

This waste basket is built like a mack truck! It is large, nice looking and weighs a ton. That's the only reason I downgraded it. It's really difficult to lift up from its position next to a chair to empty. Fortunately, it doesn't collect much heavy trash. It definitely stays in the place where you put it.

This is my first review and I am a frequent Amazon buyer. I always depend on the reviews to help me with my purchase decisions, but was never inclined to review one myself. I was so pleasantly surprised at the quality of this pump that I decided to share my thoughts. I was replacing one I had purchased locally, about 7 months ago. The pump had broken and the finish had completely worn off around the opening where you fill the dispenser. This one, the Mooresfield Danforth Series, is beautiful and well made. The pump mechanism works effortlessly. What a difference. The color exactly matches my expensive "Oil Rubbed Bronze" faucet and towel bars. It's hard to get excited about a soap pump, but it's in the guest bathroom, and it looks lovely. Thank you to the reviewers who help with my buying decisions.

only OK. Coloring comes off on the soap. is plastic feeling. otherwise not a terrible buy but if you want a really nice soap dish might want to look at something else.

I had to return it. The size was just what I wanted in terms of the width and height, but when it arrived, it looked as though I received one that was way back on the shelf. There were tiny imperfections ( light scratch marks). One screw was rolling around in the bottom of the can. It looked almost used. Unfortunately, I had to return it. I was not happy since the color and everything else about it was what I wanted.

I like the product. One wrench was missing and it was more difficult to assemble as a result. But overall, it looks very nice in my bathroom and and I am happy with it. I don't know about quality control. This is the second item I received this week that has items missing or are just really beat up.

This towel rack is awful! It has come apart at the top 4 times and it's holding one bath towel and a hair towel. It also leaves marks on the wall when I move it. The outside finish scratches so easy and I am not laughing. It was pretty expensive for just holding one towel. I have hardly written a review but I can't call this acceptable. It has also left marks on my wall that won't come off.

I was very excited to receive this as it is beautiful, but one of the screws for the base is shorter than the others, and no explanation for why. I can't get it to reach the pole in order to screw it in. Also one of the hex bolts on the top rack won't come loose. So just no luck at all putting it together. Very disappointed.
