Great way to load up on graviola (soursop, guanabana)
Obviously everyone's metabolism is going to vary somewhat when it comes to supplements, but if you're eager to try soursop for it's purported health benefits, this is a great way to start. As the individual dosage per capsule is so high, likely you could stretch the usability of the product a bit by starting with just a simple tablet initially - that also gives you a nice way to confirm it doesn't have any unforeseen side effects before you completely dive in.

The capsule is not oversized and easy for most adults to swallow. Graviola is purported to have many healing and beneficial properties. The plants themselves contain fair amounts of vitamin A, C and E. Studies are on going for the anti-oxidant properties and possible body sugar regulation. I have read one study where taken daily at 500 mg per day not bad effects were recorded from any test subjects. I personally think one tablet daily would be a good starting point which would give you 120 supply of the product. The product is made in the USA and has web site and phone number listed.
