I've had this unit for a couple of months now and I simply love it, especially for the price! I use the following apps with no trouble whatsoever: Bank of America, Amazon Video, Amazon Kindle, Roku, Delta, Allegiant Air, Passport Parking, Airbnb, Facebook, Netflix, and Tune In Radio, among many others. I've seen people write that they have problems with Netflix. You need to download a special version at apkmirror.com and it will work fine with this version of Android. I think I downloaded the February 26 build. I even put a T-Mobile SIM in the unit and it worked fine as a phone. I had some trouble with the maps GPS but I'm still working on that. It worked but was slow and lost signal under trees and around tall buildings. In short, this is a great large screen phablet at a super price.

The device is great. I bought for my mother-in-law to facebook/messenger with family overseas. The screen is big and has the ability to set the font size larger making it elderly friendly.I was expecting the device to be slow (since it was so inexpensive), it is not. I was pleasantly surprised by how well it functions and the response times. Video over messenger is really clear, both incoming and outgoing. I also like how bright you can set the screen. It is light weight and easy for her to hold. You can also (with all android os's) turn on screen flipping and the camera adjusts as well!Service is really great. I had powered on the device using the wrong button (oops) and it went into some sort of command line mode (my fault). I emailed support and they got back with me right away. A++ (thank you Jane @ Hoozo)With every good review comes the nit-picking (little things):1. The speakers are not the greatest. This was NOT an issue for us as she uses a blue tooth headset so she can hear better anyways.2. There was not a document included that showed what each button was for and how to reset, and I searched online and could not find one. (not show stopper, but if I could make a recommendation, I would say to add one to the box and make it easily searchable on the website).The nits are not enough in my opinion to ding the 5 star rating I am giving.All-in-all, the bang for the buck you can't beat with this device. I recommend it.

I originally purchased this tablet due to its cellular data capability. But ended up returning it for many reasons. The pad was extremely slow on the data up and down load, and very slow on wifi. No it was not the wifi or the cellular both provided very fast service to similar items in the same vicinity.The microphone also did not work well at all, any apps using video call made the user sound like a whisper.The unit itself had many issues with usability, and the sim / sd cards were poorly marked as to which way the item should be inserted. The directions that came with were very poor.This units cost compared to know brands like Samsung is a laughably sad.I hope this manufacture can work out there issues and print / label things more clearly. They could potentially have a good product if they could fix these issues.

For tablets with less than 4GB memory, Android has a new OS called Android 10 GO. a lesson i learned from my last tablet i purchased. This tablet was purchased with a particular use in mind, to use an App to control my cable TV needs and live with out a cable box. Unfortunately, if the description for this tablet had declared it had Android 10 go, i would have passed it by. the Apps for tv tasks doesnt appear to be compatible yet with Android 10 go. So while the Tablet works fine with most things, what i needed it for and why i purchased it didnt pan out as the description on this page didnt fully disclose the that it was Android 10 go.Update one week later: wanted to add that besides the Operating system not being fully Android 10 but a derivative for low memory tablets, this item works very well. i like the easy access to the SD card slot, the screen is very sharp and bright and battery life is decent. for social media apps, email reading, book reading and movie watching. this tablet fits the bill for the price tag. raised my rating to 4 stars.

I purchased this for my 85 year old father in law. I set everything up from my house, but due to the Covid virus it took time to get it to him. I have now been to his house 3 times to troubleshoot issues. It all boils dow to the microphone not working. It produces static and nothing else. Everything else has been easy to use. The problem and low rating is because I bought it so he could video chat and he can't without a working microphone. Of course it is now past the 30 day return period. I would like a working device. This is so frustrating. And no he is not going to try a headset with a microphone. It's difficult enough for him to get connected. He needs to speak freely.I am very surprised in a pandemic that Amazon is sticking to normal time frames. As the device is with him, I don't have info on contacting the seller.Thus WOULD be perfect if the microphone worked.

I wanted to buy a screen to connect with my mini PC. How silly I was! It is not a screen for sure. However, it didn’t make me feel disappointed. I don’t have an Android tablet. It is exciting to have this one. Generally, it is a big smart phone style tablet. But this tablet is unable to make a phone call. Only a TF card insert to extend the memory. I plan to use it to connect with wireless keyboard. I have a Surface. But this tablet cannot substitute with Surface. I installed some APPs. The system is not slow. It is not warm or hot after using a while. I don’t play game. I installed office word and excel. It is free! Amazing! I store all files in One Drive just in case it dies. I used to have a Google tablet first generation it did die. So I never store any documents in any device. The performance fits the price and my expectation. Nothing to complain. A large smart Android phone style tablet. I am going to use it for easy office functions. It works as well.
