I’d really like someone to contact me about my order. I ordered 4 sets of 4 frames but only two frames have the back piece meaning that they can stand up alone.All the rest are only good for wall hanging.I only realised this on Christmas Eve when wrapping all the presents for family.This means they can’t really be used unless they have wall space and commit to hanging them.I’m really disappointed as most people stand frames and don’t wall hang.If someone could please let me know how to contact you about this so we can come to a resolution.Thank you

Didn't read the ad properly and didn't realise these had to be hung on the wall and came with no option to stand on a surface, if you're looking for free standing frames do not get these!Otherwise fine for a decent price, although arrived very dusty and some small marks to frame corners

These frames are so fragile and the frame stands soon break away making it only suitable for wall hanging. The glass effect frontage was dirty on most of them and took a lot of cleaning to get did of dirty residue.

Good quality item. Came packed in a polystyrene outer box inside the cardboard shipper. Also came with hanging pins and an instruction leaflet. Which I thought was a nice touch. Perfect for framing some of my cross stitch projects. Would buy again.

I'm happy with these, real glass bot bad for the price please note these are wall frames. I've ordered loads of sizes amd added extra inserts.

The frames themselves are fine but each one came with some sort of substance on the glass I struggled to clean with spectacle wipes or glass cleaner. I was able to remove this substance off of all but two. I broke the glass on one trying to get this greasy sticky substance off so I had to throw one away. I couldn't make progress on the other one but decided to live with it and not break another one.
