Bell nasal hair removal scissors (long life good scissor)

I thought this will be a bell company scissor. Quality is too poor. Even though I received in a bell covering, but the quality did not resemble bell. No logo Or company name on the product. Certainly not worth the price.

Does not look like it is metal. It broke after first use.
