Links (Bound Series Book 2)

This series should have started with the beginning of book one and the rest of this book. Because book one was soooo boring I skimmed through most of it. But I had to see how the story developed so I finished it. Book two is by far a better read.Cleo seriously needs diapers for her constant leakage. Lawd I get tired of reading that. Jeez I hope it calms down for the next books. I love how she has a independent and some what feisty character but when it comes to Delilah and now Richard, I think she gives herself up to easily.I love how Marcus character is developing. Although he knows only one world of being a dom, he compromises a lot for Cleo. I sometimes wish she would cut him some slack. I feel like the recklessness she causes him will end their relationship.Anywho…..off to read the next one….

I don't remember how I stumbled upon this series, but I'm extremely happy that I did. It's not often that I identify with a character as much as I do with the male protagonist in this tale. I am now Eazy Rawlins, Jack Reacher, James Bond, Hawk and Marcus.🤣🤣🤣My only complaint is this four book series could've easily been done in three books, and even though it is a multi-book series, there are SO MANY unanswered and unresolved situations that are impossible to ignore.First and foremost the relationship with the protagonist's parents. Multiple times the author alludes to the existence of animus between son and parents, but never explains why. Is it this situation that created Marcus? Seeing as how Marcus' lifestyle is a central tenet of the book, it would've been nice to have it explained so that I would've had a better understanding of one of the main characters. How did he become the man that he is in books 1-4?For this story to completed a fifth book is not only warranted, it is necessary. Other than that it is an EXCEPTIONAL read.👍🏾🔥👍🏾🔥👍🏾🔥👍🏾🔥👍🏾🔥

I reread this series of books after I read the "Perception " series. I am glad that I did. Those books added a whole other layer of depth to this story and the world of these characters. I liked Delilah and Cleo because they both had fiesty and strong personalities. Thanks for painting a favorable light ln the BDSM lifestyle. I feel that those that participate in this lifestyle choice are greatly misunderstood, judged and often looked at as though there is something wrong with them simply because their sexual prefrences. They are not right or wrong. They just are. Society in general is quick to judge that which it does not understand. People are often so stuck in their moral beliefs of right and wrong that they don't want see beyond their own prejudice. If people did not read books containing subject matter about BDSM, whether fiction or non fiction, they would not sell like they have been. Thus, there would not be such a huge interest. Look at Fifty Shades of Grey. The books and movies were extreemly popular even though they were highly critisised.

This was a delightful hot romance with steamy sex scenes but lots of drama too! I can't wait to start the next book in this series!

My norm is to read the free book and forget about the restOf the series.That’s why I prefer standalones. This one got me though. I actually paid real money for the second book and then the third. The quality of the writing is worth it. I can’t wait to find out more of The story of Cleo and Marcus!

The ups and downs of Cleo and Marcus command anyone dizzy, but they're finally togegher. They both have to !earn how to navigate a relationship and trust each other. Many secrets have to come out and discussions know to work things out a must. I just want to beat the dragon lady to death because she's the chase of a lot of problems. Clean has to accept everything and hope for the best. They have to show the world they are a couple and go their merry way. Can't wait for the next one.

Chemistry through the roof. What can happen next. Looking forward to more of the story. On to the next read.

Great book it keeps me wantig to read more. This guy is amazing and cleo's love for him is astonishing

Links opens up where Chains ended... still feeling raw after the shocking turn of events you can’t help feeling disappointed how Cleo and Marcus’s relationship crashed and burned and you have to wonder what does this mean for Cleo and Marcus now...Its a sad and unpredictable beginning to this story. Cleo is trying to come to terms with Marcus’s deceit, there must be genuine reasons but with no word from Marcus you are not sure what to think.It comes as no surprise that Cleo is still dealing with the rath of Delilah and her bullying tactics it’s only compounded with the worry over her involvement with Marcus even though they are no more... she will not out him.Finally we get what we have been waiting for...Cleo and Marcus talking, it’s touch and go for a while as they hash out their concerns but you can breath a sigh of relief.Unfortunately it’s not all plain sailing, Cleo is involved in a nasty incident and wouldn’t you know Richard comes to her rescue, he makes me nervous and he’s definitely unpredictable... what is his motive? there is also the ongoing worry with Lexi but through it all there is still plenty of humour.Cleo and Marcus are back on track, Cleo worrries but Marcus works his magic. As they fly off to Marcus’s Florida home for a week all seems good... too good.One happy moment is replaced with a bad one it all happens within seconds and wouldn’t you know it’s Richard... I thought he’d gone too quiet.In true Shandi Boyes style we are subjected to another shocking ending.!Oh my goodness what’s next for Cleo and Marcus.Thank goodness for “Bound”..!

Marcus is in love for the first time and struggles with it. It's not his normal. Cleo is also in love with Marcusbut is torn between what she wants and work. Delia needs a good smack in the mouth Richard is a slim ball and should be perfect for Deliah. Too book 3

I've loved these books and the raunchy storylines, however " her knees violently crashed together " had me putting my book down and walking away, its repeated so many times, yet she never once got a medical opinion. Terminology like this makes me return a downloaded book with out reading on.

These books just get better & better. Cleo is doing everything in her power to help Marcus, as she is falling in love with him!

After book 1 in this series ended on a cliffhanger, I couldn't wait to start book 2. I'm loving this series. The chemistry between Cleo and Master Chains is off the charts. But things don't travel smoothly for them. Trouble is lurking and Cleo's job, or more importantly, those she works for, could cause a lot of trouble for the people she cares about. I don't want to say too much in case I spoil the story line, but definitely a series well worth reading, and mmmm Master Chains. Love Cleo's sister Lexi too. She's a classic. Again, this one ended on a cliffhanger, so I hastily jumped onto book three.
