The leather is nice and flexible, it’s not stiff. It is quality leather. The metal swivels don’t catch. They swivel easily. I made a phone case and the leather crossbody strap works perfectly.

I had to purchase an additional clip because the clip on this purse was too small to fit into the circle hardware on my Coach purse. I lost the purse's cross body strap and had to replace the strap. This strap matches well but it is not genuine leather and the clip is very narrow. Also, it is long! It could use an additional piece to hold the part of the long strap once it is adjusted through the buckle. It has two of these securments but could use another since the strap is so long. I am of average height if that helps. It is not white as advertised; it is off-white in color. Overall, I am happy I could find a replacement strap for my purse.
