This brand of sock is great, and the first I've found thar fit my short, stout legs, offer good support, AND stay up w/o cutting off circulation at the knee. Plus, the written instructions on how to put them on are excellent. This particular design has a woven-in design that leaves marks on my legs (nothing terrible, but just FYI); the next pair I bought (black/white stripes) doesn't. These are 20-30 strength and as such, harder to don than less firm compression socks, but the instructions are good --- and I find it easiest to put them in lying in bed. Highly recommend this brand. (I wear a M-L).

I work in healthcare and am on my flat feet 12+hrs a shift. I could never wear compression socks because my foot would inevitably slide forward and cause painful pressure on my toes. Due to said flat feet, I occasionally have bouts of plantar fasciitis and was first turned on to Sockwell's Plantar Ease at a local shoe shop, absolute heaven! After I noticed my first varicose vein I decided to give Sockwell's line of compression socks a try and am so glad I did. I started off with the Incline, then On The Spot compressions (both moderate 15-20mmHg) with great results, including no foot sliding. As I was looking at styles and colors I ran across the Elevation with the higher compression (firm 20-30mmHg) and they feel so amazing, like a tiny massage all day long. Some people have complained of them being too tight and if you don't have slim legs and ankles, they are a bit of a struggle to get on but well worth the effort. I have no problems with them riding down my calf, I stay cool and dry and there is no painful binding at the top and I have a larger calf. The increased compression is a dream and your legs will thank you for it.
