It formed a chunk that I can't use in #1
I bought this bleach a couple of months ago and today I tried to use it for the first time. As I follow the direction and measure #1 the tube shows 250g but after I measure and pour out nearly 100g I feel a huge solid dough-like chunk inside the tube and nothing comes out anymore. I couldn't even use the rest of the product because I was scared to use this. the product expiration day is Dec. of 2024 but still, the product has defects. I can't even return it because it has been a couple of months since I bought this product. very disappointed.

Works to bleach stubborn greys to absorb coloring better!
I have stubborn grey that are resistant to coloring so I have to retouch my roots more often than I would like to. When I get highlights my hair stylist adds bleach to my coloring so I wanted to try this at home. It took extra steps but it worked! English directions for bleaching are on a sticker attached to the box. I added 1 part bleaching agent to 2 parts developer as instructed. I mixed the bleach solution into my mostly vegan hair coloring and the 2 solutions did not mix very well (maybe b/c the vegan?) so I threw the mixture away and just bleached my hair first then colored my hair separately. The bleach effectively lightened my hair and weakened my greys! After coloring my hair after the bleaching process, my coloring looks like it was salon done! My greys look more colored and I have less missed greys than without the added bleach process for sure! I only plan to retouch my roots with a small portion of bleach so I think this bleach will last me well over a year. I found the bleaching process easy to do as it was similar to my home hair coloring process. The 2 step (bleach process and coloring process) takes more time but its worth it! Recommend for those with stubborn greys!

Works better than some, but kit is missing some necessary things
There are things I like about this bleach set, and some more minor things that I don't. I've used it on my long hair once, and still have quite a bit left (though I did a comb-through/frosted method that doesn't require as much product). One thing that's nice is if you run out of mixture before you're done doing your hair, as I did, you can make more! With most bleach kits, you mix it all at once, and if you run out, you're out! So this is nice, too, if someone just wants to touch up their roots every once in a while. Now for the things I don't like. It all comes down to things that aren't in the kit, that you'd expect to be in a bleach kit. First of all, there aren't any English instructions. Be sure to save this webpage, or print it out. With the product being sold in the US market, I hope in the future they'll include both languages.Another thing they left out is . . . gloves! Thankfully, I had one of their dye kits to review, and it had gloves that were sturdy enough that I was able to use them for both tasks. However, if you don't have a boxed dye to use afterward that came with gloves, you'll really need gloves. There's also no mixing bowl, nothing to mix with . . . you just get two liquid products to mix together to create the bleach. If you have never bleached your hair before, it's worth mentioning that bleach is usually just step one, after which a semi-permanent or demi-permanent hair dye will work as a toner to get you to the color you want. Everyone's starting color is different. But I was pleased to see that my hair went to yellowish shades rather than orangish shades. My starting color was a light to medium brown. The photo shows how light my hair got, though the color isn't super true (bad camera). It was a bit more yellow toned. But I feel the bleach worked better than some other ones I've tried. It's almost a shade I would like without toner. But, as I mentioned, I had gotten some of their dye, so I didn't stick with this color.

Great kit but terrible instructions | eZn Creamy Hair Bleach Super size
I'm bummed to give this kit a poor rating because the kit is cute, convenient, and affordable, but it's just a disaster waiting to happen for most home bleach jobs. I actually ordered this just to bleach the knots on some wigs and it worked fine for that, but when I did a few test strands of hair with it I did not like how it performed at all. The developer is like a 40 vol which is beyond aggressive and really unnecessary. For a lot of people, especially people who have already used box dye, have dark hair to start with, or have red tones, that's just a recipe for disaster. So is not having English instructions ANYWHERE on the box! As much as I am fine with having the entire box in Chinese, if it is sold in America, you absolutely have to have American instructions SOMEWHERE.The product has very strong lift and seriously is way more than most people need/should use, so I'd advise using a lot of caution purchasing this. The hard truth is that there are dozens if not hundreds to thousands of products out there with clear instructions that won't burn your hair off, so unfortunately as cute as this packaging is, I'd still be unable to recommend it because the product is not well designed for American users yet. If the manufacturer will update their instructions and packaging (and offer this in lower developer volumes), I think it would be fine.

No directions in English
If you're a first time user I highly recommend researching online first and following the directions listed on here. The box includes a jumbo size lightener tube and developer. I could honestly use this for highlights about six times and still not use all of it. I think if you're doing an all over lightening though you could get about three uses if you have short/shoulder length hair.I also tried using this with my own wella developer (20 vol) because I didn't know what volume was included in the box. My guess is at least 30. The bleach mixes really well and does work (I had red underneath) and it lifted about 4 levels in 20 minutes. In conclusion: it works but use it at your own risk.
