The Assembly was easy. It provided the shade we needed although the curtain structure and hanging rope still allowed bugs in. The worst part is we set this up for a Labor Day (3 days away) event and the tent never made it despite stakes and sandbags to keep it soundly grounded. It's still fell over, broke and tore and it didn't make it to Labor Day. Now I have to figure out a replacement option because we have visitors coming to the house. Disappointed and sad is an understatement. I could not recommend this or re purchase. It was obviously not meant to last. There was a slight rain, which we planned to stick out under the canopy until the thing took flight. Luckily no one was hurt.*Update - Customer service reached out to me immediately and directly. They provided a solution to our issues immediately. Customer service was top notch. They were kind and empathetic to our concerns and rectified our issue in a fair manner. I appreciate that kind of customer service and attention to detail.

This gazebo was delivered a month ago and it is still not completely built. I will say that this is a 2 person job which I did not have the luxury of having initially but I have put similar gazebos together essentially by myself but this one a proved to be very difficult.1) I start with the delivery, when I ordered this there was no indication that it would be shipped in 2 separate boxes. I received on box and then about a week later received a second box under a separate transaction number. Had I opened the first box when it came I would have been contacting the seller for missing pieces parts. As I had not received the notice of the 2nd delivery I was totally surprised.2) I did an inventory of the boxes and it appears that I did receive all the parts however, the hardware packet appeared to have been repackaged as the hardware was all mixed together making hard to determine what screw was an X1, X2, X3 etc... so I had to do some guessing as the instructions werent clear on the different screw sizes and applicability.3) The base frame was easy enough to put together but would be easier if there is help. My issue was with the roof panels. They are very difficult to put in place and none of the predrilled holes matched the predrilled holes in the support brackets, and after spending many hours trying to determine if I did something wrong I got frustrated and started drilling my own holes (again to me the instruction were not very clear and I could find no you tube videos to help). The lower rook panels are the most difficult even with help I cannot get these panels to stay in place, if it weren't 3/4ths built I would take it apart and send it back. This is my main complaint.4) Also, the finish scratches very easily so its best not to lay the pieces on a patio like i did.This being said I had totally expected this to be a 4 /5 hour job and now I am going into my 3 rd week. simply cause none of the panels fit correctly

I'm very happy with this outdoor portable gazebo. Set up was relatively easy and it looks great as you can see in the pictures. The only thing I would say to anyone getting this gazebo is this: the directions that come with the gazebo say to first put on the roof and cover and then extend the framework outward. However after struggling for 30 minutes with it my girlfriend told me that no what you need to do is extend the framework completely lock it in place and then put the cover on. She was right and the instructions were wrong. Lol. I'm not sure why the manufacturer suggested doing it the way it's written in the instructions but if you get this gazebo extend the framework completely first with the exception of the legs and then put the cover on it. Once you have it at that point then you simply extend each leg upward until it clicks and then you can pretty much raise the thing and put it together with just one person. Excellent product

Pros: Good quality materials and very solid once it's assembled and anchored to the patio.Looks good and provides excellent shade on those sunny days.Masonry anchors were provided with the kit.Cons: Difficult to assemble . Be willing to spend serveral more hours than you expect to assemble it.The instructions are all pictures and no text on a small piece of paper that makes it a bit of an eye test.The attachment of the vertical posts to the horizontal roof supports are difficult if not impossible to bolt together as the attachment plate that's riveted inside the post is set back too far inside the posts. This could have been easier if the screws used were 1/8 inch longer. Also the holes for the roof panel's are not just not close but off by feet not inches. Be prepared to drill your own holes.Summary: All in all a decent product for the money an looks great once you get it put together.After reading my review the seller said he would relate my concerns to the manufacturer so those changes could be made. So with that in mind I've changed my rating from 3 to 4 stars.

***Update: seller reached out to me and offerred to send a new canopy or full refund. Got to choose and they did follow through quickly. I'm impressed with their customer service. I would recommend this company to anyone. They stand behind their products.Really loved this canopy, but a large bent the cross bars. Had to throw it away. We bought it way before the season started, so the return time has passed. Loved it though. Very classy. Need a new frame. Top is fine. Happened the first time we set it up, but it was unfortunately past the return window. I've emailed the company twice about the 1 year warrenty but they never responded.
