Mix-up then beauty arrives
Ok ... there was a mix-up on the original order and I gave them low stars. Envelor acknowledged the mix-up and sent me a replacement. It arrived today. An 8" asymmetrical glass terrarium that looks like the Amazon picture. BUT.... mine had more plants. Instead of 5 nice sized plants, I got 8 plants (three nice sized, two medium, and three small ones) so the bowl looks full of plants. So I deleted the original post and now WOW... this is a beautiful terrarium. Plants all look healthy. During shipment some dirt moved around and got on the plants. Real easy to gently brush off.I am happy to upgrade my review to a 5 star product.Envelor Home should be proud of their advertising of this product.

Plants arrived dead
The plants all arrived frozen and dead. I have tried for three weeks to revive them but they are not anything like the plants in the photograph. I want my money back or new plants shipped out! What a rip off for $50.

ELEGANT TERRARIUM
WHEN I PURCHASED THIS ELEGANT TERRARIUM IT WAS SHIPPED WITH SUCH CARE. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL. THE SUCCULENTS DIED IN A SHORT TIME. I FOLLOWED DIRECTIONS. I HAVE SINCE REPLACED WITH NEW PLANTS. HOPE THEY LIVE.

Terrible product Terrible Customer Service
I sent this to my Grandma who fell and was hospitalized and it arrived looking like the image in the photo. Lost my money, and was not refunded or sent another. Do not purchase this terrarium. Terrible customer service. This is the first review I've ever left but I'm really unhappy and want to warn other people not to purchase. Before leaving this review, I went searched for the company's information in order to contact them and see if they would refund me or send another terrarium. They didn't do anything though—didn't even get back in touch with me after taking my name and information.
