Great songs! Like another reviewer said, it's a bit more laid back. In a good way...the southern porch thing after some Bourbon. There is still a healthy dose of Texas rockin' boogie. 'Blast' is a fine example of what you have known to come and love of about PB. There is also blues. Rusty, John and a great band with special mention to Micheal "Mouse" Mayes, makes this a work of southern rock art. Their come back albums are solid! Saw them in Austin this year. Great show! Perfect mix. Perfect musicianship.If you loved them in back in the day. You'll love them now.

Good stuff right here!!
If you are any kind of Point Blank fan you will need this in your collection. From the opening riff to the last notes fade there is no doubt who put this out! Soaring bent string pulls...great bass walks...great back beat ...rhythms ...it's all good! Some good southern kick! Get this!

Great Texas Band of the authentic and full of vigor, power and strength, in the early days, those early '70s, with bands like Lynyrd, ZZTop, Marshall, Charlie Daniels, Outlaws, etc, a portent of vitality, still retain their authenticity. Southern Till I die & Southern by the Grace Of God.
