It's not a hydraulic bump stop, but it performs worlds better than the factory bumps. For the price you can't beat it! And as always, Metalcloak customer service is the best in the game. You can't go wrong with their products!

The good: build quality.The bad: it is so rigid and not progressive at all. You hear a loud bang anytime you bottom out.The verdict: it works, but if your aim is comfort, buy something else.

These bump stops are smooth, but not totally soft like the factory bump stops. I tried the red urethane bump stops, but they hit WAY too hard. MetalCloak has cooked up the correct spring rate for these bump stops to give a great feel when the ride gets rough.

I combined these progressive bumpstops with a 1.5 inch spacer leveling kit on the front of my Diesel Gladiator. The results are so good I'd say this is how it should come stock. The taller bumpstops from Metal Cloak, mean I didn't have to add spacers to my stops after the lift, and when they do engage it is a linear and predictable (softer) feel.

Definitely helps out the suspension. You can actually feel a smoother ride. Have different vehicles and bought a set for all of them

This is what the factory bump stops should be like on the Ecodiesels, not the pathetic things they install from the wish website, with 1cm of cushion. I no longer experience teeth shattering suspension bottoming out every time I hit a pothole. And I tested these in 20 degree weather and they feel fine. Not sure what people are complaining about.

Do not purchase these and use them with a Jeep Gladiator Rubicon Diesel, Even with a Mopar 2" lift.These are ROCK HARD in cold weather. In Colorado it's about 20 degrees right now and even barley touching these bumps results in what feels like a hard bottom out condition... Getting them in there was kind of a chore as they fit really damn snug... I ended up scratching one of them pretty bad by mistake and figured they wouldn't take them back.I ended up deciding to cut them shorter about 1" shorter in fact.... That helped quite a bit, but again, Likely really good for any V6 gas jeep, in warmer weather. but do not install these in cold weather, especially on the diesel (it has less travel due to limited upstroke travel from the factory.)Be warned.
