This study has just been so helpful in setting my mind on Biblical truth! Easy to follow and the questions are great, thought provoking but not too deep that you wonder where the author is going. This study is based on the Bible and highlights many attributes of God which bring your focus back to Him and His truth. Highly recommend for anyone going through depression or just looking to grow spiritually.

I am starting this with my biblical counselor and so far I love it! I have struggled with depression/anxiety in the past and this will hopefully help me to change my thought processes which will help me long term.

This is the most useful study for depression I have seen because you are facing yourself and learning about the God of all comfort and strength who alone can give help and hope in times of trial. Lots of scripture look up and contemplation. You will find your strength in His word and the promises He gives there as you get to know His character and faithfulness to His people.

I have been giving this book to every woman I know. The richness and yet simplicity of the study will be of profit to anyone. Your heart and mind will be turned to God and transformed.

I have found this book to be very helpful. We have used it as a resource for our small group that is a depression support group and everyone has benefitted from the study of the scriptures that this book leads us through. I highly recommend it for anyone suffering from depression.
