Really great mug! Brilliant, love it.Looks great, serves well and it's just perfect. Excellent value for money. Looks high end and posh, was asked few times for details where to buy one. Does all what supposed to do. Doesn't leak, keeps the temp right, big capacity, swell....Watch out for back fire! When I close it hot and try to unscrew the lid I think there must be pressure build up and it sprays the content all over the place... I've learned it the hard way but PRO TIP! Opent the mouth piece first to lose the pressure THEN unscrew the top, you're welcome.

I've had a few travel mugs and this is by far the best I've had. I tested it out and poured boiling water in it then closed it and 7 hours later it was still very warm. It also does keep cold drinks cool for longer and the smells don't linger after washing. The grip tube makes it easy to handle. It does not leak. Love it and will recommend it.

Love this cup. Keeps my coffee as hot as when its first made for hours! Grip doesn't get hot so easy to hold. Fits perfectly in cup holder in car, and is a very good size!

Purchased this as it stated it was leakproif. I have only used it twice and on both occasions it has leaked and the coffee has gone cold.

I absolutely love this cup ,stays hot for hours . I'm going to buy more. My only question is how do I clean the stains ? Iv tried vinegar and other advice,is there something I can buy to clean it please. Bit absolutely love it
