Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max, 128GB, Pacific Blue (Renewed)

I initially decided to hold off on writing a review until I had used the phone for a while. Now, after four months of use, I can say I’m quite satisfied with it. When I first received the phone, I noticed an issue with the screen. I contacted customer service to request a replacement, and they responded promptly, replacing the phone within two to three days. The replacement device was in excellent condition and has been working perfectly since then. I haven’t encountered any issues, and overall, I’m very happy with the phone quality, looks, battery life. I would definitely recommend buying from this place. The customer service is excellent.

I am writing this review as this the second renewed iPhone I hae brought on Amazon, the first I brought from a different company and had to send it back straight away due to screen issues. But this one from New Fone House is just excellent! I cannot believe the quality of the product and the bargain I got. Further to that, when I requested a USB-C to lightning cord rather then the USB.2 one that I had been given, they sent it over went out hesitation, the support team were just a pleasure to deal with. I can't recommend their products or them as a company enough.

My advice? Avoid Click & get UK. The first iphone I ordered from them (a 12 pro max). First impressions were good, great physical condition battery heath showing 100% peak charge, more on this later. Early into use a glitchy screen that registered input when no was made became apparent, suddenly opening a string of apps and typing strings of gibberish. In practice the 100% peak battery health battery, fully charged, lasted maybe 6 hours with light use… I sent the phone back and ordered a replacement. Again the phone looked in great condition, but… the battery heath again showed 100% peak charge, when the service log showed no new battery had ever been fitted. In practice a fully charged charge lasted maybe 4 hours with light use. Prepared to get the battery replaced, I took it into an Apple Store. Their diagnostics highlighted multiple concerns: the phone was a USA model, the cell reception showed faults, the battery info just didn’t add up, and was clearly in poor heath whatever the cycle count (an improbable 0 cycle charges). It seems likely this outfit is spoofing the battery health of its phones. I discovered this is simple to do for someone with th

I, like everyone else considering this product, was a bit wary of ordering a renewed phone instead of a new one, without seeing it first anyway. However, upon arrival & first look the phone is in impeccable condition! Everything seems to work as it should and the screen, edges, cameras etc are all free from any signs of use. I do however have two criticisms. The first, is that the battery health is only at 83%. My old iPhone is better than that at around 91/92! Still, it’s a second hand phone and it works. It’s really not the end of the world. It does it’s job and seems fine. My main issue was the delivery. When I heard that the phone was being sent through Evri my heart sank. I’ve lost so many parcels with them lately, this is actually the first parcel I’ve ever had arrive in one piece from them. The parcel was lost, then turned up again, then lost again, delayed, and finally arrived a week after it was due and then thrown over my 6ft garden fence. Luckily however, the phone is in one piece. I would just urge the seller to reconsider who they are using to send these devices. I would gladly buy another device from this company when the time comes, but not if Evri are taking anything to do with it.

This phones quality varies on if you pick good ,acceptable or excellent refurbished .i got the excellent refurbished phone and it works super great so far I haven’t had a single problem

I used to have a iPhone XS Max, but it was completely cracked and stopped working. I ordered a iPhone 12 Pro Max Graphite 128gb yesterday and it came today. I opened the parcel and I was shocked but in a good way. I paid £300 for this phone and it came in a box with a new unopened charger and screen protector and a brand new plug for the cable. I saw a lot of bubble wrap which was really good to see as well. I took that off and it had another box I opened that to more bubble wrap and my phone was in a plastic wrapper type thing. And when I got it out it had a white cover over the screen to peel off. And I had no scratches, dents, cracks, etc nothing! My battery health is 93% which is absolutely incredible. It’s a stunning colour as well I love it. Overall one of the best purchases I’ve ever made on Amazon. I’m so so happy with it. I highly highly HIGHLY recommend this seller. And it’s such a good value for money I will 100% be ordering from here again!!

It's not in excellent condition as described. It could be in good condition. I would have bought a good condition and saved some of my money.

Ho approfittato di un’ offerta che il venditore (ottimo sia nella spiegazione sulle caratteristiche e nella spedizione) che prevedeva una scontistica di circa 100€ rispetto al prezzo che solitamente viene proposto, anche sul altri siti. In media il modello da 128 gb, quello che ho io, ha un prezzo tra i 550-600€. Questo blu Pacifico l’ho acquistato a circa 480€, che se da una parte può essere un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo dall’altra sono sicuramente non pochi per un dispositivo del 2020 che sta invecchiando comunque bene. Ho voluto fare un confronto con il mio dispositivo principale ovvero iPhone 13. Vi elenco i PRO E CONTRO . Pro: - design e 5g -ottima luminosità anche all’aperto sotto la luce diretta del sole ( 1200 nts out door come il 13 ma essendo più grande lo schermo è più luminoso). -teleobiettivo più che discreto, e quando inizi a usare la terza lente non puoi più farne a meno! -Apple PRO RAW fondamentale x scatti migliori. -RICONDIZIONATO CHE SEMBRA UN NUOVO IPHONE, NON AVENDO GRAFFI E CONDIZIONI ESTETICHE PERFETTE. Batteria arrivata al 100%. -ottimo dispositivo se usato come secondo telefono. Contro -batteria che mi aspettavo durasse di più, se paragonata al 13 PM O 14 /15 PLUS. Dopo un mese dal 100% è scesa al 98%.! Tende a surriscaldamento se con uso prolungato. -lo schermo a 60hz effettivamente non sono un gran che su un dispositivo che 4 anni fa costava oltre 1200€! -non vi sono ragionevoli miglioramenti tra questi 12 PM E IL MIO 13 Eccetto il pro raw e modalità ritratti in notturna che tuttavia non escono con parecchio rumore. -aggiornamento fino al 2025 come software massimo 2026. In sintesi se questo fosse il vostro primo iPhone ve lo consiglio ma con 100€ in più di media per uso professionistico credo valga la pena prendere il 13 PM migliore in schermo , batteria e fotocamere. Per questo opterò per il reso. Integro la recensione precedente poiché esattamente 2 settimane fa allo STESSO PREZZO E COLORAZIONE DI MAGGIO ho ricomprato questo 12PM! Sapete perché ??? Per tre motivi : -non avevo capito in un solo mese dato lo scarso utilizzo, le sue potenzialità come dispositivo da lavoro. - rapporto qualità/ prezzo Eccellente! Nella recensione precedente questo modello all’epoca di uscita costava oltre 1200€ e trovandolo a 474€ si tratta di un prezzo imbattibile. Non a caso nella variante da 128 gb erano disponibili 10 iPhone tutti “bruciati” in poche ore! - tra i ricondizionati sotto i 500€ (versione 128 gb) secondo me è lui il vero best buy tra i ricondizionati! Soprattutto se guardiamo display a 60 hz ! Infatti personalmente nonostante il 13 base che condivide appieno molte caratteristiche in questi giorni noto che il 12 PM è nettamente superiore. Unico difetto sto giro la batteria: 85% ma telefono PERFETTO! Nessun segno di usura ! Ottimo pure il venditore ! Spedito nei tempi previsti e pure il rimborso nel precedente acquisto ottenuto velocemente.

Parfait , aucun problème, j’adore

Lo compré en un estado “excelente” en color grafito y en general está en muy buen estado salvo una ligera raya en un lado del contorno de aluminio. Buena relación calidad/precio. A pesar de que han pasado 6 años desde su lanzamiento, es perfectamente válido en 2024 y el acabado general de cerámica, aluminio, cristal, cámara, que tiene éste modelo es fabuloso. Llegó al de 2 días de la compra, no vino con cargador. Salud de la batería 96%. Comprado para una amiga.
