International Mini Dog Cookie Cutters in Storage Tin, Paw, Dog, Fire Hydrant, Bone, House, 5-Piece Set

These are very cute cookie cutters that are the perfect size for smaller dogs and come in a cute can.

My dog got deathly ill from eating a certain well-known brand of dog treats that come to find out had a recall on them from china. She was hospitalized for 3 days on an IV because of an intestinal infection. Once she had healed and recovered we switched her to another brand of dog treats. A few months later, although luckily, she didn't get sick, we found out those treats were also being recalled. That was when I decided I was no longer going to buy her treats from anywhere but a U.S. dog bakery. We bought her a jar of treats that were quite expensive and didn't last very long. That is when I decided I was going to start making her own treats right from home. I had found several recipes online and thought these doggy themed cookie cutters would make really cute dog biscuits. Once I made the dough, I just rolled it out like you would sugar cookie dough. I dipped the cutters in flour and proceeded to cut out the cutest shaped dog treats. These are the perfect size especially if you have a small to medium sized dog. They were easy to wash. I just let them soak in warm soapy water and wiped clean and let dry. They do bend kind of easy so try not to squeeze them to tightly, other than they they are perfect. They come in a little storage tin which is nice because I just put the tin in a kitchen drawer until next time and have them right there and ready.

I was thinking that these would really be tiny, like Natural Balance®️ Salmon Training treats that are little bones about 1cm long. These seem to be about 3-4 cm. A little disappointed, but I still use them.

I bought the mini dog cookie set. They are pawfect for making bite-sized (or 2 bites if youre a little K-9) treats for the muttleys. I work at a vet clinic and my staff and clients just love the different cookie shapes. I couldn't be more pleased with these cutters. They are not flimsy and they cut very well. There are tons of recipes out there on the interweb. I find that the recipes that include oil or peanut butter in them tend to hold shape better. It also helps if you poke a small hole in the middle, then they don't get puffy. You can get creative with the little holes and put an "eye" on the dog (a hole at the other end makes it unsuitable for clients), or make little holes in a line so it looks like the house has a roofline. A fork works well in the middle of the bone shape and gives it a nice touch. Of course you can put paw pad details on the little paws, that is if you have lots of free time. Have fun baking! Your dogs will love you. After they get a taste of the first batch, they won't leave your side while you are in the kitchen!

I recently started making my own dog biscuits, for my spoiled rotten Miniature Australian Shepherd and for my friends' dogs. Due to all the recalls for poisoned pet food/treats I couldn't in good conscience continue to buy my dog treats. She eats holistic dog food and normally snacks on carrots and apples. So, I thought how hard can it be to make my own dog biscuits. At first I just made them into small balls, the dogs don't care as long as they taste good. But, when I started to give them to friends I wanted to make them prettier. So, I ordered these cutters. They are really cute. But, as the other reviewers have said they are SMALL. The bone is my favorite one so far, because it's the easiest shape to use. They are all cute but hard to shape. When I made some dog shaped treats the paws and tail of the dogs browned faster than the rest of the treat. I gave it four stars because it is a sturdy group of cookie cutters but so small. I would have given it five if it was bigger. I think one of the shapes is supposed to be a fish of some sort. This qualified for amazon.com prime so it arrived quickly. I will use again. However, I now need to find a larger cookie cutter.

I like the size, but leaving them in water to soak before cleaning is not a good idea as they rust!!! I’m going to attempt to clean the rust off - IF possible!!

These made adorable little dog biscuits! This pic was taken for another review of a baking mat so they're all flipped over to show the uneven baking but you can still see how cute they are and how well they turned out. I've only used the bone cutter so far but I like it! They aren't made of titanium so you can't push as hard as you can, they WILL bend if too much force is put on them but they cut just fine through my recipe and it was pretty firm. I did notice a speck of rust on the seam when I left it wet but it rubbed right off. The other reviewers aren't lying though, you WILL need to take a pic of the set before using or spend some time trying to get them all to fit back into their tin! Too small for what I needed but a nice product

The cookies cutters are the perfect size for my little Maltese puppy. I wish the company had spent a bit more money to put them in a larger container. But if you love puzzles, then you will love this product. I finally had to take a photo of the cutters in the tin so I knew how to place them. Otherwise I would be there for 15 min or more trying to figure it out.

Very happy with the cutters. Just disappointed that when I first received the item I washed the cutters and the storage tin and the little bit of water left after rinsing and then put in the dish rack to dry caused rust on the storage tin.
