I like that this gummy has "the mother" and other gummies I've purchased doesn't. I feel like this gummy works better. Helps keep me from bloating after I eat and when I take them first thing in the morning it helps me from over eating which is helpful for me. I like to work out early so I don't care for breakfast. It's been helping me lose a few lbs from not over eating but most of all I like how it helps with the bloating I get from eating ever since I had my gallbladder removed. This gummy also doesn't stick to your teeth like others so when you chew it. It tastes good. I used to drink 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar but sometimes I am in a rush and these have been a life saver. Would def recommend.

I couldn’t bare the taste of these. They taste terrible to me. I’ve tried other brands and I had no issue but this brand was intolerable for my taste buds. It could just be me. The pricing is great though

I absolutely love these.I love the fact that they are raw unfiltered with The Mother. They taste great and are much more pleasant to take than liquid Apple cider vinegar with The Mother! I definitely recommend them!!

I've started using these, and after 3 weeks I've lost 15 pounds. I have a bowel movement almost every day( much better then maybe once a week). Less bloating, cramps. I love there's no after taste. Will be purchasing more.

I love a spoonful of apple cider vinegar every once in a while, but it isn't always easy on the go. It is sweet enough and yet these gummies have so much sugar added, I can barely stand it.
