A Summary of the Meditations of Marcus Aurelius

I am reading the Mediations book and this summary has really helped. I bought the auto for my car and its great.

The narrator did a great job with this—and he has a great voice for the task. I have always loved Meditations but admit there are some tedious, redundant parts in the original. This summary is more concise and to the point without the repetitions. I literally listen to this summary every morning with my first cup of coffee. It serves as a useful reminder to just pay attention to the quality and utilityof my own thoughts and judgements. A nice way to start the day.

I'm an engineer and not a philosopher. But I am human and I have my own inherent faults and fears about how to negotiate the life I have been given. This short summary of Marcus Aurelius's Meditations offers superb guidance on how to be a good human through duty and service to others.

I look at this every day. Helps me get through the daily stresses and anxieties, the author also has an author-narrated version on YouTube which is great to listen to as well.

A decent antidote to deal with the ridiculous world we live in. Every little bit helps

I enjoy reading this much more than The Meditations.
