Does exactly what it should!
At first when ordering I was skeptical, but this device does exactly what I needed it to do for my camper. The Bluetooth is flawless and the sound output is crystal clear.

Great unobtrusive little amp
I wanted something to replace the big, bulky 5.1 channel home theater amp I had been using to power speakers for my office computer. I do a lot of audio/video work and need something with quality sound and powerful enough to drive reasonable sized speakers without distortion. This unit is less than a quarter of the size of my old home theater receiver (about 2" tall x 4" wide x 3" deep?). It features a fixed audio cable (about 15-18 inches long) with left and right RCA connectors. It has spring clip connectors for the speaker wire (NO banana plug terminals). The power and sound quality of this unit is very, very good. I'm using this with a small (maybe 5-6") pair of unused KLH speakers from a 5.1 speaker set I've had for many years. I'm using a good gauge audio cable between the amp and the speaker. I would imagine those who are having problems with distortion or poor performance are using speakers not rated for this unit or two big for an amp of this size, or inadequate gauge of speaker wire. I have the RCA connectors connected to the control room output from a small Behringer audio mixer I use to combine multiple audio outputs from the three or four computers I have situated around my work area, so I can run everything through one amp and speaker set.I don't know if this would be adaquate for a very large room or huge speakers, but for my setup it's more than enough. I have an office the size of a common bedroom. Even with lower-grade KLH speakers, these fill the room with ample volume at only half the volume on its volume dial. I imagine I could crank it up even louder, but I have no need to. I get zero distortion, excellent crisp, clean audio from all my devices, and it consumes a fraction of the power that my old receiver did.My only qualm, and not a dealbreaker, is the power LED light. It's VERY VERY bright. I have my monitors on a shelf raised about nine inches above my desk, and this sits on the shelf under the monitors. Not sure if it would be as noticeable just out of eye range, but near eye level, straight on, the LED can be near blinding. I put a piece of black electrical tape over the LED and scratched open a very tiny pinhole so I could still see the red LED color when on, but it very much reduced the intensity of the light.I bought two of these on a whim when these were very briefly marked down to $10 apiece (they seem to go up and down in price randomly and very briefly). Very glad I did. Have a spare ready for another purpose if it arises, perhaps for music out in the garage workshop this summer. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent little amp for the price with good quality and power.
If you temper your expectations to match what you are paying, this little amp is an amazing value. Sounds quality is quite good and plenty of power for bookshelf sized speakers. If you need to power 8" cones then this is (obviously) not going to cut it. The quality is also very good for this price, but the speaker clips are bound to break if you are are regularly plugging and unplugging speaker wires - so be aware of that going in. If you plan on hooking it up once then you are good to go. If you need this to travel with regular hook-up and tear-down then this will not work without soldering on an alternative.

For an easy Zone 2 connection for an Onkyo AV receiver.
An add on for my TX-NR535 Onkyo receiver allowing a decent connection to my upstairs Zone 2 speakers. Works great, simple, easy to use. Recommended for a budget worthy connection for Zone 2 low-wattage speakers.
