Easy swallow soft capsules. I like that this is a high quality form of calcium that is not mixed with magnesium. I take magnesium separately at bed time. This also helps reduce the two from competing against each other for absorption.

I like these calcium capsules because the osteopath I was sent to prior to spinal fusion surgery specifically told me to avoid taking more than 200 mg. of calcium in pill for because the body cannot metablozie it as well as getting calcium from food sources. I could not find this product in any stores or vitamin shops so I order it on Amazon.

I have been taking this supplement for 4 months to bring my daily calcium intake to 1200 mg daily. I have had no adverse effects and see no reason anyone would be concerned about taking it as recommended.

I use this to remove oxalates aftereffects and I did not feel that it work like my previous one.

The product achieves what it is intended to do for the body. What more can one ask for other than a miracle to the nth degree. It achieves nothing more nor nothing less.
