Hand Speed Trainer Golf Edition

I am a older golfer (65) and needed something to increase my distance which I lose a little every year. I am changing over to a Moe Norman swing due to back issues. I have used this trainer for several weeks since Xmas and have found a increase in my irons on the indoor monitor at the facility I use. I suspect that once I finish the recommended 8 week progression, i will get even more distance. I especially like the fact that whatever swing you use ,you do not have to change it.

These were most helpful with my irons. I definitely picked up yardage as my swing was certainly faster. You would be wise to follow the recommendations as to the amount of weight and the number of swings. On day 1 don't think that you can just add 8 ounces to each forearm, hit 200 balls and not feel it later. I continue to work my way through the recommended weights as the weeks progress and hope to pick up even more speed in my swing with irons as well as the driver.

This product is the real deal! Used it during work as a golf instructor all day long and and actually forgot I had them on. Very comfortable. Within just a few days, my distance has already increased. My club head speed has increased. I would highly recommend this product if you are a golfer, tennis player, baseball player and you want to take your game to the next level.

Still rating the HST. To early to say I love it but it seems to be working both in improving accuracy and creating more distance.
