Excellent features for the price
After considering a few alternatives I decided to take a chance on the Kingslim D1 dual dash cam as it had high specification 1080P from front and 720P on rear and built in GPS found on the more expensive dash cam. Above all it was at a fraction of the cost. The package arrived (Amazon Prime) the following day. My initial thoughts were on opening the package was that it was well packaged, It is a Plastic case but looked robust enough to stand the test of time and included all accessories to ensure a smooth fit including a 32gb card and a pry tool to hide the wires within the trim to make it look like a professional fitting.Front camera was easy to fit once I had selected the correct position. I could not place the dash cam near the rear view mirror as it is slightly wider than the existing dash cam. I positioned it towards centre bottom of the wind screen. The menu function was easy to navigate and I was up and running within minutes after I plugged it in to cigarette lighter. Note it is fixed however, I was surprised to see an USB additional port on the rear so I could use it to plug another USB device. It took a little while to hide / conceal the wires but this was also relatively straightforward. The rear camera works fine but I will need to spend time wiring and fitting it above the number plate but this is for another time. The screen resolution is good – Not perfect but it is crisper than my previous model. The suction bracket worked well and secured the unit in place.Only gripe is that the Mini USB-A used is big. I would have preferred it to be a USB –C and at 90 degrees so as it would not take up too much space. It looks unsightly.Overall the display is smooth when driving so happy with the purchase.

Good picture quality and easy setup.
I brought this camera after spending a couple of days researching Dashcams. The camera is smaller than I expected (a good thing personally) and therefore more discrete. The camera quality (1080P) is good enough and the display is big enough to get enough useful information from both the rear and front camera at the same time.I brought a Hardwire kit which allowed me to keep the cigarette lighter free but it does have a USB port built in so you wouldn't be losing a port. The rear camera wire was just long enough for a coupe, (i was zigzagging around to keep it from view under the trim) but you may have issues if you have a longer car such as an estate.I haven't tried the camera out at night but I am very happy with the product for the price I paid for.

Decent dash cam for the Price
So this camera arrived and I didn't really know what to expect. It was packed well and the pry tool was a nice addition to aid the installation of cabling. The kit also comes with various clips to hold the cabling where it isn't possible to tuck it behind something. The UI is intuitive and it picks up GPS signal really quick (in my area). There are a lot of features packed into this little camera that are normally only available at a higher price. So far I'm not disappointed. The view can be quickly changed between either camera or or both at once, and the picture quality from both is great for the size and price point. Its easily amongst the best quality I've seen to date in dash cams. There are a couple of downsides, but this is just in my application and may not be affected on another persons install. I drive a large vehicle so the position of the GPS sensor on the cable doesn't quite get out of view on the A pillar as the instructions dictate (but this still doesn't obscure any views by driver or passengers). Also the cable to the rear camera would ideally do with being a couple of metres longer. This however, is just in my application as I say and probably wont be a problem in the more day to day vehicles (hatchbacks etc)Overall very impressed. The fact that you don't even have to buy a memory card is a massive plus

Avoid!
Might not have been a very expensive dash cam, but I did expect it to work. Rear camera picture quality poor. Front camera showed footage on dash cam but wouldn't record on memory card, just a fragmented striped picture. Researched and told needed a bigger card than one supplied with fash cam, purchased a 64gb card and still not working. Unplugging rear camera still didnt fix the issue! Given up and bought a new one from another manufacturer and that one was £15 cheaper and works great. Avoid this dash cam brand.

Sent it back
Looks and feels cheap, seems to work OK, but would not record to SD Card. Tried 3 SD Cards, still no good. Also advertise with " real time" and map from their downloaded app. Nope! Does not work with this model, does with the D1 Pro.!!! Once I get the refund I am going to buy the popular brand with Amazon. For under a fiver you can get a warranty for 2 years.
