I have ordered this particular brand of date sugar a few times and find it consistent in quality. The other brand I used was a fine product as well but it tended to lump together in the container where this product does much better, so I don't have to sift it before using and costs a bit less. The price was not the difference, it's the clumping. I have been using this product mostly for baking. It works well. I gave up virtually all added sugar products and used this as a healthy substitute. This does NOT dissolve in fluids but works well in baking. I use date syrup for fluid applications, like making baked beans or in oatmeal.

I ordered three bags. I've opened one and found it COMPLETELY free of lumps and completely free flowing. The taste is normal date sugar. This is my go to date sugar to buy. Best quality and best price.2 months later...I've ordered many bags now and they're all the same - it's my go-to date sugar.

Purchased for coffee. Felt like I added saw dust to the coffee. I’m afraid to try it in my baking. Did they leave the pit inside when they made it into granules? Awful experience. I’ll stick with my date syrup.

Not quite as sweet as I had hoped but it is a good substitute for cane sugar and does not have any odd aftertaste like Stevia, allulose, or Monk fruit sweetener do.

This date sugar is great for baking. It’s not good for adding to your morning coffee as it does. It dissolve well. Just clumps at the bottom of your mug. I will be buying more for baki g once this bag runs out!

I usually just buy date sugar and this one is very good and also very fair price. I highly recommend it.

I bought this because it CLAIMS to be high in fiber. They even have a check mark beside fiber! But when you see the label, there’s ZERO FIBER! DO NOT BE DECEIVED! Just because something comes from a fruit does not make it healthy. They’ve clearly scammed a lot of people. Don’t be the next! SHAME ON YOU!

Great product. I bought it to work with a recipe I was trying that called for it and like the texture and the fact that its not overly sweet.
