personal use..hard drive tanked after just several weeks..returned item..have not heard about refund or anything ..waiting to hear from you all. not happy here

I bought this updated computer because my current computer didn't have a good enough processor for the game I play. I got this one and I went from being able to play 20 minutes before getting kicked out to being kicked out every minute or two. I did everything I could think of to make it better. I work in IT so I'm better than average with this type of stuff. I turned the resolution all the way down. I closed every other app when I played my game. I set my game to highest priority. I assigned more resources to the game. Nothing really did that much to help. The best I managed was once I was able to stay in my game 15 minutes. Since I was able to play 20 minutes at a time before this was a 25% reduction in performance time. On top of that the game dragged and lagged about twice as much as before. When I compared processors the one on the updated computed had a downgraded processor. I sent it back. I paid about $300 extra but now I can play for hours, have no lag or drag, and never get kicked out.

Slightly disappointed in the keyboard and type of shallow keys. It is bigger than I thought, just a personal dislike but not enough of a dislike for a return. Battery life is really bad. Touch pad can only be clicked in the bottom left corner, very inconvenient. Needs additional Bluetooth keyboard and mouse.

Great laptop for college student! Nothing fancy!Obviously not a gamer PC. Or anything close. But a great and solid laptop so far for writing papers and college.

Laptop was delivered within a week. Arrived as described. Windows setup has certainly improved. Almost idiot proof. On the other side, I thought I purchased windows operation system without the Win S mode. ( This allows app download only through Microsoft store. Had to figure out how disable Win S mode first thing. ) Great laptop for my use, fast shipping. Overall great experience.

Great for the price. I do wish the keys were back lit. It has speed and works fine but aesthetically it basic.

Great laptop at a reasonable price. Much better than the HP computer that preceded it. Very happy with this laptop.
