I just bought this book a couple of days ago. I've been wanting to learn about rubs and sauces to try out on my new smoker grill. Right now, the chicken is on the grill using the Honey Bourbon BBQ Sauce recipe. The Sauce is FANTASTIC! There are a lot of recipes I want to try. I stayed up late last night reading. This afternoon I took the book to a printing shop to have the paperback version spiral bound. I want this book for a long time.The reason I only gave the book 4 stars is the one critique that others have made ...... Dark colored pages with dark lettering used on the recipes. It gets really hard to sell. Other than that, I'm completely satisfied!!

If you love grilling but run out of ideas on what to cook up, these book is excellent. Their are hundreds of different rubs, marinades to choose from on different ideas to grill up. The pricing is very cheap for all the recipes you get with this book.

This is the BEST book to own for any cook who wants to learn how to create new flavors at home!!! I love mines!

Got this for my grandpa who loves to cook on the grill. He immediately made beer can chicken with one of the rubs in the book.

I was doubting to buy because of the reviews of hard to read because the dark pages. But I surely don’t regret buying it. Honestly it’s a beautiful recipe book. I love it.

Great recipe book and with lovely pictures which helps. Just what I wanted as I love mixing spices and marinades when I'm cooking and this gives me extra ideas. Easy to follow and not overwhelmed with loads of ingredients which put you off before you even start; just a few ingredients to add together and off you go. Very pleased with purchase

Good content but many of the pages have the same color text as the background color, which makes it hard to read.

This was a Christmas gift for my husband. He's the BBQ/Smoker king. He says most of the ingredients are for every day cooking.

Lots of interesting looking recipes. Cannot wait for the grilling season.Delivery person left the paper Delivery bag on the front step in a wet pile of snow. The bottom third of the book is soaked. Good quality recipe book paper kept the book from being unusable.
