Not for me
Good material if you're into the presentation - repetitive - pedantic.

Great book. I'm using it for graduate school.

A bit esoteric
This is about the governance/oversight approaches for portfolio management, not the actual portfolio work itself. It is short on specifics, instead giving general points to consider or long lists of possible considerations. I get the point that each company is different, but this doesnโt give much help in figuring out how to put in place governance appropriate to your company.

Separates out the different governance
A good document to start articulating the difference governance layers, and some practical advice around where to start and what steps to follow. Not sure it is the easiest guidance for executives of large projects to follow, but it does outline the phases of the projects, programs and portfolios.

General overview of Governance Framworks
This book provides good and solid base regarding the governmental frameworks of PM and the general overview of their implementation. I have missed a practical part in it. The specifics and detizario of the topics, supported by real cases (examples) will be definitely an added value to this book content.
