It won’t open no matter how big of a magnet i use. i have bought several and it kind of sticks but will not open. how can i get it open?

The magnet has to be in the perfect spot, and then you push up on the bottom part of the shelf.

No. Also be careful of the locking mechanism. Mine malfunctioned after about a month.

There are 2 different descriptions, does the puck come with or not?if not how do I get one? Went on the store and didn't find it.
