The product came earlier than expected. It was easy to set up and once turned on it was very quiet. The UV light doesn't work it says it came on but it doesn't but I don't use this anyway. As long as the other stuff work Im fine with that.

EDIT June 2022: The unit just completely stopped functioning, randomly and out of the blue. No sound, no nothing. So it was right after the warranty, basically.I live in a very dry climate. This is one of two humidifiers in the room and four total in the house, it's that bad.The dryness goes up and down, but I like around 45. A single humidifier running full won't do it.This is a nice unit for the top fill as well as tank capacity, noise level and essential oil tray.BUT...It's grossly inaccurate with its humidity sensor, reporting between 55-60 right out of the box when it's very obviously in the high 30s (I have an Ecobee that reports humidity, plus the other three humidifiers all report plus I have a standalone unit. None of them have ever gotten above 40. Ever.I've done all I can to correct this, with no results.The reason it's an issue is that without an accurate sensor, I have to let it run constantly. The sleep option and timer option are not going to work. It needs to turn on when it's lower than 45. Right now I can't do that.Two stars because there's no way I can see to calibrate it, and the book says it's normal. No, it's not, it actually might be harmful to people's health.EDIT 4/18/21: I spliced in a longer cable for the sensor (uses 4 conductor thermostat wire) to test if it was just too close. With the humidistat removed, it settled to 30. Spliced back in, right back up to 57. So the humidistat itself is defective.

The humidifier produces lots of mist which is great. However, the unit malfunctioned after a couple of months but the seller was very responsive and responsible and was more than happy to replace the unit for me. Great seller!

This is a good humidifier, I’m happy with my purchase. It is super quiet. Easy to fill. Love that you can turn off the display for night time. Only downside is that I would like it to put out higher volume of water. This puts out about 3L in 24 hrs on high, Vs another one I have of a different brand that does 4L.

Update:Super bummed, loved it initially but the first one quit working. The second one also stopped working shortly after I got it. I took care of it per the instructions too. NOT worth the money as the product is unfortunately not designed to last.I decided to upgrade after my $50 small unit died after 3 years of daily use. I wanted a humidifier that I wouldn’t have to fill every other day. The water tank on this is a monster, so I filled it in my shower. If you aren’t strong, this method won’t work as it’s quite heavy to lift once filled to the max. The other option would be to make several trips with a small bowl/bucket to fill it. The good news is that only needs to be one once a week or so.The bad news. It worked perfectly for a week, it was very quiet snd the mist very fine, however the first time I had to refill it, the pump stopped working. Super bummed since this is a higher end unit costing over $100. Ive elected to do an exchange and hope I just got a dud. I’ll update once the new machine comes, hopefully it will be worth the money.UPDATE: week one and so far the pump is working. This is an excellent humidifier assuming it lasts!

Ordered this humidifier for the top filling and the slim line. Loved it from the beginning. Had one issue, contacted customer service and they were great, resolved immediately and I'm back to enjoying a good night's sleep. Would purchase again.

Worked great for 2 days then it started to have annoying problems. 1.) If you leave it plugged in it won’t turn on unless you unplug it and restart the whole thing. 2.) The steam isn’t as strong as it was the first 2 days. 3.) It’s making noise. Not worth the money.

This is not the first time I buy this product, I have now 2 in different locations. Works perfectly, great to sleep with it on, absolutely no noise.I had one issue with the remote that somehow didn't come and I contacted the customer service and the response was fantastic, quick, efficient and better than I expected. Definitely I will not try another brand, this is excellent !!
