It works great, so handy for smaller branches!

This chainsaw may be compact and weights very little, but it’s got a whole lot of power and durability. I was able to demolish my mom's mantle. It's honestly not meant for a job like this, but for the price i thought I'd give it a try. The only downside, when cutting through something so thick, is the chainsaw will start to overheat and shut off. I finally got the knack of cutting for a minute, resting it for a few seconds and resume cutting again. That's the key. I left the the chainsaw with my mom and she's been using it to cut branches and loves it. This is a really great buy!

Got for husband birthday as he seen it somewhere and wanted one come with what it shows two chains etc. the only reason I gave it four star is I don’t like the way the black guard moves my husband say it is suppose to be like that. Has come in handy being a lawn maintenance worker makes thing a bit faster when cleaning up branches not for huge branches but smaller ones doesn’t come with chain sharpener or oil but husband has his own stuff like that already easy to use daughter has put it to use cutting branches for the rabbits to chew. Easy to hold not super heavy and a fair price for what you get. I have not personally used this but both my daughter and husband have and nothing bad to say and have used it weekly since it came. The box it came in was messed up but that’s a UPS deal nice case hard plastic So no damage was done

instructions are not so good. Go on YOU TUBE for complete info: equally, the saw should come with a warning to always keep saw in front of you with arm extended when the saw is on or off. The saw is light weight: it is natural after cutting to swing your arm back to the side of your body: do not do that because your finger might still on the trigger & the saw chain still on & you can cut a major artery. I had to make it a habit to always keep my arm extended until I was sure the saw was off. This is an amazing product - I love it. One battery does work for 1 hr. My kit came with 2 batteries. You need 2 batteries. Excellent product.

Extremely good battery life and cutting strength for such an inexpensive saw. I actually bought this as a second saw and so I have 4 batteries at my disposal. I have used the first one for at least 50-100 hours now on everything from pine to oak and the blade is still sharp. One of the best purchase I have made lately. I would caution to use the foot below the blade to rest against what you are cutting or it does make it harder to hold while cutting.

This is one of the best purchases that I ever made. I used to cut my branches with a garden saw which took time and it seemed like hard work. This mini-chain saw is so easy to use ad it really feels comfortable and safe. I use it very regularly as I am trying to clean out an area in my backyard. The main limitation is the amount of vegetation that I can dispose of with our regular trash collection.It does a super job with sometimes very heavy use. It will stop when it gets overheated. Wait a few minutes and when it cools off, it gets going again. It just keeps going and going without problems. If it stopped working, I would feel that I have already way more than my money's worth. I would definitely buy the exact same brand and model.

This mini chainsaw looked like a good idea. I should have returned it when I had the chance. For really small jobs it works really well. Here's the problem though:Once you start using the saw, the motor apparently heats up and has an auto-shut off, so, it just stops in the middle of a cut. You have to wait a few seconds then it starts again, only to do this continuously through the job. If you are cutting denser wood it is even worse.I don't know if other brands are better, but I would never buy this brand again. It is just too aggravating to use. I want a chainsaw that does the job, not one that keeps shutting off during use.

Al abrirlo realmente me lleve una sorpresa que de alguna manera era de esperarse por el precio, la calidad del plastico se siente muy bajo, almenos de la parte que te protege de la cuchilla, los aditamentos tambien se sienten sumamente de mala calidad a excepcion de la cuchilla y las baterias que tampoco es decir mucho ya que si bien se ven y sienten bien ya se vera en un futuro si duran, el cuerpo de la sierra se siente de mejor plastico que el protector, corta sin ningun problema diversos tipos de madera, el unico inconveniente es si este tiene muchasojas o si es un arbol/rama fibroso como el bambú, ya que este se traba y requiere limpieza (cuidense y al limpiar asegurense de quiten la bateria), si bien no me siento muy contento con la comprá fue para un proyecto rápido y funciono bien con el unico inconveniente del bambú pero como dije, esto debe ser por su aspecto fibroso y por las hojas que llegó a atrapar.

De principio bien, pero empezó a perder capacidad de retener la carga las pilas. Es más caro reparar esto.
