Simple, effective stretches that really work!
These stretches have really made a difference to me. I am 41 and love my strength sessions in the gym but I have increasingly noticed aches and pains creeping in, especially in my hips and neck. I have seen an osteopath in the past for my neck issues, paying £50 a time. But this time, the stretch routine solved the problem. I can feel the benefit of these stretches so much that that in itself is my motivation to be consistent. Well worth the money.

Easy & clear instruction
Stretching is for people like me with chronic illness a terribly important activity when you have issues with limbs & tendons and joints. What Roger Frampton does is show us from the basics up how to stretch carefully & simply, consistently and safely. Easy instruction, clearly illustrated with a series of simple photography. You may not be able to do all the 'moves' - and it may be best to pick sensibly what stretches work best for you - you can soon do more as you improve. Keeping active is VITAL for the body & mind - no matter the age or level - there's something here for everyone. I can't recommend this book enough...

100% recommend this book!
I’m so happy with the purchase of this book! I do a lot of heavy weight training and as a result I have a lot of tight muscles. This book has taught not only taught me how to stretch but also how to set up a good routine of stretching. Since using this book, the tightness and soreness has reduced. I would definitely recommend!

Great book shame about the delivery service !!
We have a door bell , why do the couriers not ring ? A light rap on the door is not enough. We found the book propped against the front door and not in the letter box ( as reported ) as it is too big.Only aware it had been delivered when the email of notification arrived.Up your game Amazon , no wonder items are pinched from items left outside on the door mat !!!

Content is fine but issue with readability
My problem with this book is the layout and type face... The design has ended up with a book where the content is difficult to read due to the font size. My eyesight is not great but not that bad and I am really struggling.Pity as the content is great but obscured by the design.

Game changing simple movements for all!
The book is great, really insightful. Simple moves providing some huge flexibility changes. The layout makes it really easy to follow and you don’t need to jump to the more advanced moves from day 1. Start slowly build the routine and reap the rewards of improved movement.I’ve been practising the basics consistently for a while now and find myself doing them all in the morning, then also intermittently throughout the day, after cycling and in the evening.I have a stand up desk for working from home and cycle a lot so the usual troublesome / tight areas, hips, glutes and shoulders. Moving onto 2nd or 3rd variant of the moves now as well.Highly recommended read!!

Game changer
Buy this book immediately!I’ve taken my fitness more seriously this past year but neglected my stretching which is actually just as important. This book is easy to follow, very informative and the movements broken down so anyone can do them. I’m 38, started with poor flexibility and have been following now for 6 weeks and I can definitely feel and see the difference be in my range of movement.Well done Roger, it’s a fantastic book and I’m definitely a ‘stretch’ convert.

Excellent book
Rather than go into a long dialogue about how dysfunctional modern life is for our bodies, this book gets to the point. The stretches involve complex movements, but there are always pictures of the stretch that follow a step by step instructions. I am now able to stretch out my hips, which loosens my lower back. This book has improved the quality of my life.

One of the best books on flexibility
One of the best books on flexibility. The other one is called Flexible Body written By the same author. It offers a sound strategy, practices and plan to reach your goal in becoming more flexible and pain free. Best bought as a paperback because it is easier to work with.I found it also worthwile to check out his website where he offers a ready to go plan and other cool stuff to aid the journey although he his not shilling it in the book.

Compensate for sitting with movements to keep the body flexible
Our society sits. Sitting may be necessary for some professions/activitiies. The author suggests a series of stretches which better represent childhood movements and may help compensate for the sitting.

Simply brilliant
This book is really great. I like the way it’s written, it’s a continuation of Roger Frampton’s brilliant TED talk. We are not meant to sit all day and I think mobility, especially in respect of your older days, is the one most important thing. What I particularly enjoy is the fact that you can invest as little as 7’ a day and already see a benefit. You can combine exercises and totally vary the stretches, so it doesn’t get boring. Thanks Roger for this really good book, highly recommended.
