Great printer !
I’ve had many printers over the years. This wireless one is great! I no longer have to connect my laptop to the printer to print. The quality of the documents and photos is great! It prints quick, scans and copies great too! I love the refillable ink! It’s not messy and I’ve already printed over 20 color items and my ink hasn’t budged. Past printers the ink goes much quicker. Def a great buy!

It’s OK printer
I thought I was gonna love the printer I don’t love it but don’t hate it but the screen could be bigger and much easier to deal with it’s OK they Could make the screen a little bit more bigger so late that people can’t see what’s going on with the screen but everything else is good

The easiness to use.
I use it totally for my own private use. I have written two Books of Poetry, 50 poems each.It is so easy to store paper.I have told several neighbors about it and to get one next time they need one.Charles W. Aiken, Jr.

Waste of money
Total waste. This thing hasn't worked right since I received it. Now it won't print more than the first two pages of a document, nor will it print any other color other than blue. Ive gone through every troubleshooting step. Too late to return it so I basically flushed $200 down the toilet.

Don't just plug it in and turn it on!
So, I've probably had a dozen printers in the last 30 years and I was really excited to get this one. No more expensive cartridges. ECO, right? And I don’t mind that it’s not a ‘smart’ machine. I WANT a usb cable. I don’t want a lot of connectivity problems and a corporation up my nose all the time. It finally arrives. I’m stoked.I clear my space, unpack it, plug it in and turn it on, and grab the instruction booklet to go through the set-up procedure... and....The first thing the instructions say is, 'DON'T plug it in and turn it on'.You HAVE TO connect it and turn it on in the CORRECT SEQUENCE or the software will get stuck on an infinite loop and will NOT load the ink; printing blank pages for days. NO tech support on the website, or youtube or anywhere else on the interwebs that can tell you how to start over, because you can’t.Initiate return.I get a refund approval from the seller, box it up, UPS takes it, and leaves a CRUSHED box wrapped in plastic on my doorstep several days later. This part is my fault – not good enough packing, so UPS is pissed, the seller is gonna be pissed and I’m gonna be out $300 bucks.***Shout-out to my original seller *** who (likely after swearing at me for some time) granted my return credit. It took time, and I was ready to suck my $300, but they did it. And because I really want THIS ECO printer, I was ready to reorder from them, so at least they’d get the money for all their trouble, but alas, they’re no longer selling it.I reorder from a different seller. I’m hesitant now, but I do it, and weeks later the second vendor cancels my order. No product. I end up ordering something else.So bottom line is, I don’t know how well this printer works because Epson can’t put a note on top of the machine that says DON’T PLUG IT IN AND TURN IT ON (which I think is pretty reasonable, for any other piece of computer equipment I’ve ever owned).Three stars because it likely would have worked if I were smart enough to read the instructions FIRST.PS, I DID read the instructions first on the ‘other’ brand printer I ordered as a replacement. Step 1. Plug it in. Step 2. Turn it on…. <face palm>
