This is NOT a book for biofeedback. It just gives a brief history of biofeedback in the first chapter and then you need to have a biofeedback machine to go any further because it explains how do proceed step by step. Perfect if you want to practice! If you want a book with more details for for biofeedback look elsewhere.

Lots of forms for different sessions
This was a very informative book. I got it in a timely manner. I liked all of the examples of how to use each individual form.

Textbook Binding?
I ordered and paid for "textbook binding," but a received a book that was paperback. A replacement was sent to me that was also paperback. It does not seem to me to meet the "textbook binding" definition on Amazon.com, which reads: "Textbook Binding: This sturdier variety of hardcover binding is better suited to being open longer and used more frequently. This type of binding occasionally comes with a dust jacket." I am hesitant to return the replacement, as I may just receive another paperback. I have been unsuccessful in my attempts to email Amazon to explain the situation. All of my prior orders with Amazon were excellent.
