This has been very helpful preventing headaches.

I used to suffer from debilitating migraines 2-3 times a month and almost daily headaches. My doctor recommended Headache Free about 10 years ago and it has been a life changer for me. It has taken away all my headaches. I know it works because a few times I ran out and had difficulty finding it and headaches returned. Be aware that you need to take it twice daily and it takes about 3 months for it to work. Keep taking it, you won't be sorry.

I've had Chronic Daily Headaches for over ten years. I was taking Migravent for years, thinking it was my best shot despite only seeing a tiny benefit from taking it, which is more than I can say about other drugs and treatments I've tried. The cost over time adds up, and becomes frustrating when it only helps a little, and probably only due to the magnesium anyway, in my case. In Sept '19 I found out I, along with a good percentage of the US' general population and an even higher percentage in people with Chronic Daily Headache and/or Chronic Migraine, am low in Vitamin D, a vitamin whose deficiency may even be a contributing factor in our headaches/ migraines!! Looking for a better supplement than Migravent, I found this and have been taking it since Sept '19 and can say that my headaches are much better. My daily headache pain is much reduced and my migraines are much less frequent. The migraines that Aimovig doesn't prevent, are prevented by this multivitamin. I still get a few migraines a month, but not at all at the amount I used to. This multivitamin has great ingredients, comparable to One-A-Day vitamins, is well priced, has great customer support, and arrives 3-5 days after ordering them. I highly recommend this product and am profoundly grateful for it. It's actually helped me more than my neurologists have.

This stuff works!!! Migraine sufferers please give this a try. It is very hard to find a multi-vit that also helps prevent migraines. I was taking another for many years, but it became hard to come by. And as soon as I'd run out, the headaches/migraines would return. So I started looking for another. This stuff is amazing. Life changing really. I've been on it for 2 months now and have had 1 migraine. Also the seller I purchased this from sent me a nice hand signed card thanking me for my first purchase.

After seeing the neurologist who actually created this supplement, and he recommended medication for me, which I was completely against. I had recently read about vitamin B2 and magnesium supplements for migraines, and one of his staff mentioned the supplement, so I decided to try them and it is miraculous to say the least. I have recommended them to a couple friends and they have also had incredible results, especially with mental fogginess.

So far, so good, I guess. Migraine frequency seems to have decreased some, which is great. I knew it wasn't going to cure me or anything, but I'm pleasantly surprised to see any results at all. The pills are a bit larger than I am used to, but that's ok. Be sure to read through the list of what is in the product; you may need to discontinue some meds/supplements in order to keep from duplicating them. Just a thought- I split the dose up (1 pill in the morning and 1 at night), which may or may not contribute to the results I'm seeing.

I suffer from chonic migraines and have been searching for years for a good Multivitamin that would not contain an ingredient that would trigger a migraine and finally I have found them!! I noticed a difference for me with these, I feel like i have more energy and that my vitamins cover what I need for my body to be covered to have the recommended dose for vitamins covered. The price is excellent and I could not ask for more. I would recommend these to anyone who suffers from migraines and especially daily chronic migraines. They are perfect!

I've had chronic migraines for many, MANY years and have gone through a literal 3 page list of medications that I've tried and failed for treatment - you name it, I've probably tried it for migraine at one time or another. The inventor of this item was my neurologist at one point and he suggested that I try high dose magnesium and riboflavin first - it was always so hard to source the riboflavin, as it's not commonly stocked in a lot of stores that carry vitamins. And having had a surgical procedure many years ago that requires me to take a complete vitamin every single day, this is absolutely perfect. I take two of these every single day. And while they haven't taken away my migraines, they HAVE reduced them significantly. I really notice any time I run out for anything longer than a week or two - suddenly, I'm getting daily migraines that don't respond as well to my abortive medication. I've had no issues with the magnesium, although in reading, I've heard that it can cause some diarrhea in some people. That seems to be the fault of the actual ingredient, not this formulation. Overall, I'm very happy with it - it serves both purposes for me and is pretty reasonable for what it is. REALLY glad to see it back online :-D. UPDATE - 2025 - CUSTOMER BEWARE These are VERY often out of stock. I have been charged for two months with NO VITAMINS DELIVERED on an "auto-ship" plan. Calls to customer service result in an answering machine where several messages have been left about the missing shipments that have not been returned. DO NOT get into an auto-ship situation, as stock is NEVER guaranteed and the company will continue to charge you.
