CitizenMen's Classic Addysen Eco-Drive Watch, 3-Hand Date, Sapphire Crystal

A very nice addition to any collection. It has a dressy appearance, yet it's sporty too. 40mm case makes it very viewable, but not overwhelming. The dial is a deep blue, but the colors seem to look a bit different especially in sunlight. I love the solar Eco-drive units. Also, the pins are fairly easy to remove for accurate sizing. It could be a great & affordable gift option. Grab this watch when it's on sale, and you can't go wrong...!!!

Great watch, very classy.

The watch looks nice and of good quality. The band jiggles a bit but for the price it’s fine.I bought this watch two years ago and, despite me being supper clunky, it has no significant scratches on the body plus the sapphire crystal has zero scratches.I’m happy with my purchase and it’ll probably last ten more years.One important note: the details say the band width is 20mm. However I couldn’t find any that fit. After a few tries, I bought a 21mm band and it fits perfectly. So just go with a 21mm band.

It really looks great for the price

Had my eyes on this for six months, after I missed a great deal on it after Thanksgiving. Finally got it for just under two hundred. For that price you can’t find many watches with its specs (Eco Drive, Sapphire, glass, metal band).In the end, it was a little too shiny for my liking (Mainly the center strips of the band), and tougher to read the time on the blue face. Admittedly, I’m not so young anymore. Along those lines, the glowing hands and markers are not so great in the dark.I wish I could comment on the fit, but I received a used watch instead of new. Two links had already been removed, and no instructions or link removal tool was included. So I wasn’t successful in adjusting the size properly, but I was able to squeeze into it. It has a good weight, not too light or heavy. And a good “presence” on your wrist (if you like it on the shinier side).So again, I really wished I loved it enough to keep it. But it’s a great piece if it matches your style.

I just love this watch citizens is my favorite watch. Citizen Echo Drive is awesome. What a classy watch. I wear it every day.

I needed to decide on a decent solar powered watch that would not break the bank. It was between Citizen and Seiko. I was surprised when I verified on Citizen’s website that this watch does indeed have a sapphire crystal. Most watches with a sapphire crystal are about at least twice the (street) price of this Citizen. Sometimes more. Google sapphire crystal for more info.Another factor was Amazon is the seller of my order. I got burned once by a third-party watch seller. I am confident this watch is the real deal. The watch was packaged well in what appeared to be all of the original factory packaging and protective wrappings. See photos.This watch was running when I received it. I set it in a window sill for about five hours on a sunny day. and then about four inches from a bright fluorescent bulb in a desk light for four days. It now has been eight weeks with no time issues. See Citizen’s website for complete charging time estimates and requirements.Overall this is a very nice looking accurate watch for the price. One note, the watch face is very dark blue, but looks black unless you do a close inspection in the right lighting. The watch case markings are luminescent in the dark.
