Great value but hard to find a lid
It's exactly what I wanted, a larger formfactor nonstick pan for times that require it.It's very hard to find a lid to fit it though, my lodge and le creuset lids are too small. My sister's 12.5 scanpan lid is enormous going to try that next.I guess I mean to say this pan is very large heh

RED-y for new Winco pans, I got the BLUES...and am perfectly pleased
It's May 13, 2017, and my new Winware pans just arrived. They do indeed have BLUE silicone grips and I could not possibly care less, for these are pans made for commercial kitchens, not designer art galleries. For those who are in a state of alarm because Winco changed the color from RED to BLUE, please note that the new grip is a very dark blue, which many people might call "navy." The grip also now has a very slight pebbled texture, where the red grips were smooth, and the triangular hanger-hole is somewhat more elongated. Plan décor accordingly! As for the critical stuff, our old Winco pans were essentially indestructible, save for the nonstick coating, which eventually wears in any pan. I'm pleased to see that the new, "blue" Winware pans are identically made, with no reduction in the gauge of the aluminum or the steel handle. The rivets are still substantial and tight. Bottoms are flat and the coating is applied well. I replaced my 7-inch with an 8-inch and am pleased to find that its handle is shorter, so it now has no tendency to tip over. The old ones lasted years (and the pans themselves, without the coating, will last another century), so I expect many happy years of good meals from the new ones as well. A tip: if you want maximum service life from the nonstick coating, avoid high heat, avoid harsh cooking utensils (and use them gently), and wash the pans by hand. Dishwasher detergent strips the nonstick quality from the coating.

Great pan but came with a dent and was a little misshapen
Second time I have bought one of these. The other one lasted for years. It’s a good pan but they don’t really pack these with any kind of support. Just thrown in a cardboard box and left to bounce around inside and take abuse during shipping. Not really a good idea since aluminum deforms and dents easily. Might arrive unscathed. Might not. Good luck.

Relatively deep sidewalls
We have used thick aluminum restaurant quality pans, ~8 and 12 inch, for many years. Same blue handle but labeled 'Cool Handle'. This pan is similar though with a several differences:- Non-stick coating is very slippery - just what you want, though even with wooden paddles we are careful to not scrape it as the coating is what determines the usable life of the pan (too early to tell after a dozen or so uses to date)- Thin wall construction - thids pan is not heavy duty so the heat capacity is limited, such that as soon as a you add a load of food in it, it cools quickly to return to heat- Relatively tall side walls allow use near to that of a wok making for a very good vegetable stir fry pan

Non Stick Fry Pan
I have used this brand before and am very satisfied with their products. This 12 in fry pan more than met my expectations and the price (even with shipping) was significantly less than my local store.

Wrong color!
When an item is pictured with a RED handle, I expect it to arrive with a RED handle to match my RED kitchen. This item has a BLUE handle. So if you are looking at all different pans to find one to match your RED kitchen, don't order this one.

but otherwise great.
Only problem with these pans are the the handles which are a little too long, but otherwise great.

False advertising
I received the frying pan but I'm very disappointed as I see someone on the previous message or comment my apologies regarding advertising of The Frying Pan was very misleading. it showed that I would have got a sets of frying pan and I only got one so I didn't expect that, so this is very misleading and they need to correct this issue and noted it on there details because this is very false advertising!
