I just finished Digital Transformation and I thoroughly enjoyed it as it presented the concepts in such an easy and lucid way that even a non-techie can easily understand. However, I found the last 2 chapters - 15 and 16 - most interesting, especially the way the author presented ideas in conversation with Sai.It was a superb and informational book. Must read.

Raktim is right in the middle of Digital Transformation of banks and in this excellent book he has brought in his experience along with those of others. What I like about the book is not just that he has narrated many examples of digital transformation, but he has been able to assimilate the whole digital transformation journey and come out with his own insights and viewpoint. These learnings and his views from the whole digital transformation are the real value that the book brings in. Having myself been involved with digital transformation for over 2 decades, I still learnt quite a few new things about digital transformation by reading this book.What is Digital Transformation? What are the elements of a Digital Transformation? When do you say that a Digital Transformation is successful? Why is Digital Transformation happening on such a large scale and what benefits will it bring? You will find answers to all this and more in the book. The author has often summarized his insights in acronyms which will make it easy to remember what he said.The author has adopted a conversational and informal style of writing. It is more as if he is talking to you face to face. The author has also used a unique way of talking to himself! You will sometimes find the oddity in the way language is used, because it is conversational. At times, however, the author switches to a different style which is not conversational. I feel that a good editor could have improved the overall consistency of the writing.However, these small limitations do not take away any merit from the book itself. I did not expect that the book would be an easy to read book on such a topic, so I was able to read the book at a good pace.I enjoyed reading the book. I know Raktim personally having worked in the same organization together for over 20 years and when it comes to Information Technology and Digital Transformation he is definitely amongst the very best of the breed! I wish the book all success and heartily recommend it to everyone.

Its a good book to learn about the basics of digital transformation, esp for those with non technology backgrounds. A lot of examples are from banking but there are examples from other sectors too.

A very good book , to understand digital transformation. Book has many practical examples, which helps one to understand. Also , author has used many acronyms like ACID (Artificial intelligence, Cloud, Internet of things, Data), WISE ( know your WHY, INTEGRATION with external world, SILOS, Environment & culture). These acronyms helps reader to remember the main theme. A very good & easy to read book.

The author Raktim Singh seems to have a great experience in the digital world, which is evident in every sentence of the book.
