The arch was too high for my foot. But! It's sturdy, good support for someone with high arches, and is true to size when inserting into shoes.

Easyfeet are usually comfortable and one of the best orthotics out there. I have one pair I have used for over 5 years. Unfortunately, these were too strong of arch support and extremely painful to even stand on for me. Went back to the ‘black’ style.

Not only does this SQUEAK when you walk, it hurts like hell. My foot already had pain in the heel and ball of foot; but with this crap, you can get the pain in your arch and toes, too!!!

Better than more expensive and more recommended inserts. The best relief I have found.

I bought these Superfeet insoles for the first time and I immediately liked the logs. I spend 10-12 hours standing on my feet at work, so it's important for me to take the load off my legs. After the first working day with these insoles, I saw the difference from my old insoles. Now I only want to walk with these insoles.It's not the cheapest product on the market, but they have a reasonable price for this level of quality.I have a high instep and it has become more convenient for me to spend a long time on my feet.Let's see what happens in the long run.

The first few days wearing these will suck, just because the arch support is so firm. Once you're used to that though, they're like a dream. Flat feet run in my family and I went too long without support, and my arch began to drop so suddenly that I was practically unable to walk for the pain. After a long period of rest, these were wonderful for rehabilitating that injury. Easy to trim and comfy.Be aware though, they do add volume to your shoes. You'll do best to wear shoes with laces with these, as when I put them in my slip-ons, it felt like the top of my foot was being crushed. No such problem with laces!

I've only worn them for a week but I do believe they are helping with my pain. I think I will buy another pair so I have them in both pairs of shoes that I wear regularly. I was impressed with the sizing as I didn't have to cut them they fit perfectly right out of the box. Will definitely recommend them to people and will buy again.

I like that they provide proper foot support. They are so good my wife and I ordered them for all our main shoes. I think they are every bit as good as the more expensive carbon fiber inserts. I strongly recommend them.

These foot supports are not worth the money. I thought they fit into the shoe fine. They made my heel lift slightly but not enough to irritate my heel. However they absolutely hurt the soles of my feet. I could feel them rub on the edge, didn’t seem bad. Just went out to try them out on a very short run and I now have blisters. I don’t weigh anywhere near 220lbs so I would worry what heavier walking or running would do with these under your feet!

Have added these insoles to my work boots and love the support and how good my feet feel after many hours walking on concrete! Highly recommend these insoles!
