I purchased this frother and after 41 days, it started to turn itself on and run. The first time, I was home and heard a noise in the background but didn't think anything of it. After about 15 minutes, I figured out the noise was the frother; it had started and was overheating. I unpluged it. Then it worked for a couple of days and but did the same thing; starting on it's own. If I'd not been home, this could have started a fire. You can only return the item within 30 days so if it happens outside the 30 days you are out of luck. You can return it if you ship it back, at your own expense and pay a a 20% restocking fee. Buyer beware.

I was so was excited when I saw this product and couldn't wait for it to arrive. It came well-packaged with no damage and it arrived on time. I have used frothing attachments on expensive coffee makers that didn't work as well as this one. Not only did it heat and froth the milk, but it created a thick froth that has remained on my coffee without disappearing. The unit is sturdy, well-made, and does not require assembly. The heating/frothing whisks are quick and easy to use. The instruction booklet was also easy to follow. I recommend this frother to anyone who would like to make cappuccino or lattes at home.
