Baaaddd packing
Impossible to open the packing, plastic was stuck everywhere, maniac effort to open it. Product is great quality.

Worst product and waste of money
The water not draining as the hole in the bottom cup stops midway of the cup. Everytime you have to remove and clean . Else water gets stagnant and forms a layer which stops water flow and water starts coming out. If you remove the bottom cup for easy water flow cocroach starts coming . End of day it doesn't solve the purpose. Waste of money don't buy
