you'd better use that in outdoor(Where there is some wind). Otherwise,if u want to use it indoor,it still can work.Only if you run about 5-10M to get some winds.You will get it finnaly. 2, There are 2 pocket to fill up the wind.When you are filling that,you should fill up one pocket firstly, and in the same time,close another pocket with your hand. 3.After u finishd one pocket,and then hold this finished pocket to be closed with hand, go on filling up the rest one. After u finished all,roll it up with the bar(the black one)towards inside more close ,and then lock it on the opposite direction. 4.Our product had been checked by our QC,so no any problems with the quality.
